I know they are meant to be bergans, but here they look like humans! The design of velvet and veneer here looks like Nirami's art style! (Like Gorillaz a little) and thats so cool! I know that it was supposed to be in the movie but they changed their minds because Veneer only felt a bit bad for Floyd and their story was gonna be different from the one in the movie and they were supposed to die at the end

Despite being Bergens in this storyboard, they look far less ugly than the rest of Bergenkind. I dare even say, they look kinda appealing.
