    That speed narration selector is like the most awful pattern I've seen in a very long time. Looks like those trolling volume selectors developers do to have fun.

    Overflow was great at first when it was simple, but it has become worse over time. The added features often add very little functionality. For example they decided to add comments, great! But then they make sure that you can only use them after creating artboards which are annoying and timeconsuming...

    question: at 17:11 for example, how do you do this presentation in overflow where you integrate your imported figma frames with the user flow that you earlier created? thanks in advance!

    • @paintpops
      @paintpops Год назад

      There is an Overflow plugin for Figma! Just select the frames you want to import in Figma, run the plugin while Overflow is open, and it will appear on your flow map. One thing to note is that if you want to just update a frame within Overflow, make sure the name of the frame in Figma and Overflow matches.

    How many user flow diagrams should I make if I am just starting on a project. For example I am creating an ecommerce website. One is for onboarding experience. One is for checkout process. Should we create as many user flow diagrams as possible or we should make user flow diagrams for most important actions only?

    • @paintpops
      @paintpops Год назад

      I would start with the most important/major user stories, but it's also good practice to document the other flows as well so your team is aligned on how your product is used as a whole!

    I used to love CH but I had to get rid of it because it was so hard to use. After an update, they made it so you were seeing random rooms as opposed to rooms with people you follow inside. You can’t search rooms or even see a list of all rooms possible to join. And some of the room titles are so problematic.
