I will b landing in Beijing at 22.30 and I have a long layover of 21 hours, I will book the transit hotel, how long does it take from landing to reach hotel after all formalities; btw I m from India ; travelling from Tokyo Beijing Mumbai . I plan doing the 8 hr tour of Beijing after a good nights sleep ; please guide ; thank u in anticipation.

Hi As you mentioned on the video, do you need to pickup the checked-in baggages/lugages or just your carry-one? Wouldn't the airline automatically transfer you baggages to your next destination or flight

I’m planning to visit my best friend in Korea from New York (Im a Jamaican passport holder US permanent resident) but there will be a 21hr layover in Beijing with Air China on my way back. I saw on the China embassy website that travelers can have 24hr visa free transit in China but the terms were a bit confusing. Would I be able to go to the hotel without getting a visa since I’m leaving the airport? Would customs even allow me to go through without a visa? Please help if you can. Thank you~

Hi, thanks for the info.. im travelling with my wife and 3 young kids from Australia to pakistan via air china on pakistani passports. ive searched the internet and found that, with pakistani passport you dont get a 24 hours transit visa/stamp to leave the Airport. Would you know if Air china would accommodate us with free stay inside the airport. Its a 16 hour layover for us at Beijing airport before the next leg :( Thanks

IM planning to book my parents to air china for going to Neward New jersey, usa airport and according to the iterinary of their flight they need to stay to china for 21hours. Ask you said to your video there is a bus that they will get them from the airport going to the hotel but do they have a bus that will be provided for the next day going to the airport?
