Good afternoon Joseph, I hope you are well. I was wondering whether you have a tutorial in replacing the Wiper Arm on a SWF single head embroidery machine. Its a 15 colour machine. The machine is a T1201C - Your help would be greatly appreciated if you have any info on how to do this please?
Buen Video Bro.

Can you tell me where the battery is located in the T601C SWF embroidery

Hello, I have this ecact machine. Can you please give me a part number for the potentiometer?
thanks 😊sir for sharing this kind of video..😊😊
Do you still give advice on this machine
I have Swf/b-t601c my machine is stuck on loading system, before I would bang the control panel with my hand it would start up now it stuck again. What can I do. Can you please help me out
Joseph, you installed my machine back in 2011. It has worked great until recently, when the needles stopped moving. Based on the video, I assumed it was the reciprocator. Removed the head and looked at the reciprocator and it looks fine. Watching the machine in action without the covers attached, it looks like the reciprocator isn’t locking on the the needle pins. Any suggestions?
Hey Fulton! If the reciprocator is fine then check your needle bar rubber cushions located on the head, above the 2 black blocks. If they are damaged or missing, your needle bar sits higher which is why the reciprocator will not grab.
Thank you Joseph for the quick response and support. Got my machine up and running again. Your the best!
Are all machine reciprocator‘s the same? Or do you have to purchase one specific for your brand thank you
@@carolchatmon9433 brands will use different reciprocators specific for each.
Hi I did replace my reciprocator, but after installing the head, it's stitching great. But the problem is the presser foot remains down while working, and it only comes up when changing needles. What might be the problem.
Thank you
Thank you! Its a great tutorial!
Hello i have an SWF t1501 and received a low battery message. I never knew that there was a battery . Do you have any videos on where and how to change the battery? TY Eli
Hi Joseph, on the SWF/E-T1501, I can't seem to find instructions or a video on how to replace the upper thread catcher (GP-061340-01, 4-B-5-3) SKU GP-061340-01. Can you point me in the right direction please? I had hip surgery and I'm not able to bend very well. So I couldn't see it well and by feel I loosened the nut and removed the broken thread catcher. (It got hung up in the velcro that came un done and snapped the end of it off. I replaced that part too, so no more velcro nonsense. Anyhow, after I got the broken thread catcher off, I loosened the little allen screw and took that part off the little bracket piece. Since I couldn't see it as I was doing it, I'm not really sure now, how to put the new one on. Thank you :-)
What is your email LeAnn. Best way would be to look at the parts book so you can see the assembly and know which part goes where. Then I can walk you through the general settings once you confirm the build of the unit.
Great video. Please send the link for "how to check the potentiometer(6:22)"

Just want to say, thank you so much for all your resources you've put out into the world. You helped me over the phone years ago and were so patient with me. Seriously thank you :)
Thanks for that! Wish you the best!
Great video. I have a Futong 15 needle that is 100 degrees out. At 100 the take up lever is engaged but at 0 it is even and the head will move. The machine will not start to function until it goes to 110 and then the head will not move. I cant find any info on Futong. Thanks
Do you know anything about the SWF MAS-12?
Sure. What's the issue you were having
From day one I’ve had issues with unthreading and the trim not being long enough, so therefore it unthreads upon starting to stitch. I have watched webinars and adjusted settings according to the SII video. Could it need a picker adjustment done manually? After watching it for hours it’s seems like it releases too guickly and the thread pulls up short.

hi i was just using my swf 601c machine i went for lunch when i get back to work i turn the machine on it start working but the needle wont come down to the fabric could you help.
Barudan embroidery making this type of problem video please
Is this a model SWF/A-T1201C? Is or was it floppy and converted to USB? I'm looking at possibly getting a SWF/A-T1201C used locally, but I'm not convinced that spending $3k is a good idea for a 20-year old machine, especially when I already own some pretty expensive home sewing/embroidery machines and I'm not running a business. Is this a good machine? I already own current digitizing software that will export to .dst.
In my opinion, the A series is a bit old and prone to having the boards go out soon. All depends on the use of the machine which is hard to tell. 3k for a good working "A" series compact is a good price but the cost to replace boards once they go bad is not worth it. Normally you run that machine until it dies then move on. Replacement board costs (estimate) CPU $1600+ for used / new 2.3k+ Main board $700-1200 I/O board $1300+ I'd recommend a machine out of the A or B series. The machine in the video is a b series.
Do you have a video on how to install the Cap Driver on this machine? Not the quick change one but the that screws into machine?
are you still in doing tutorials? i just got one of these this exact model and really need help
What's the problem you are having?
@@ABCSewingMachine hi, I’m having troubles with this exact machine. Would you be able to help?
Como conectar a la red ethernet ???
awesome video thanks... i have a lever arm that keeps dropping and i can't do the colour change... any ideas what might be causing that? It kind of looks like the levers have lost their "stay up tension" and just drop down when the colour change moves from needle to needle, then it locks and jams
This video help me to fixed my own

Hi Joseph! Can you up a video opening a ricoma embroidery machine mt series ?
Hi Eva. Unfortunately not familiar with the Ricoma but most embroidery machines have very similar designs on removing the head. Same parts just different screw placement. I'm sure it would be very similar.
@@ABCSewingMachine hi abc sewing ! Thank you sonmucj for answer!! If i send you a photo with email you can say me what to have to remove? I have two needles in my ricoma not working because touch a hoop in a work ! My ricoma is ricoma 1201 tc

Email me some details. Any 900 error normally means issues with the panel boards (cpu, memory board, I/O boards) Email me some details and I can give you a few things to troubleshoot. Sales@abcsewingmachine.com

HI I LIKE YOUR VIDEOS ,, WHAT CAN I DO WHEN THE NEEDLE ALWAYS KEEP DOWN ,, WHEN TRIMMING DON'T UP (johnyfuentes@hotmail.com)
Your jump solenoid or jump motor might be bad. Go to test mode and do a jump test and see if it works when you test it.

Hi Joseph, I have a SWF/E T1201C this is the number of error 202 when I star embroyed the machine show me that number whit this message "Y axis driver irregular signed detected". I am writting from Venezuela, if you know how to help me please tell me I will waiting for your answer

I apprciate this video, but sure could use a video on the wiper blade staying in down position.

conoce el sistema de barudan? necesito entrar al menu msi pero me pide contraseña
Hi I have a e-1501C and when I add the cap driver and trace the Y-axis is malfunctioning. I am getting error 202 where irregular signal is detected. Without the cap driver the machine works and embroiders fine. Please is there anything you can think of?
Hi Zack, There is a support bar on the bottom of your hook arm that supports the cap. I want to say that the bar is not aligned with the sitting position of the cap driver. 1- Install the Cap Driver and center your needle to the middle of the wing plates (They hover over your needle plate) 2- Loosen the 3 Alan screws that are around that support bar 3- Move the frame forward and back to get the cap driver more centered with the support bar and then tighten the screws. 4- If this does not release some of the strain then send me pictures and your phone number so I can see what could be going on: joseph@abcsewingmachine.com
can you show how to time this machine?
