Is this hat reversible? Can it be worn sometimes black and sometimes colored?
Yes! The braid is hidden by the second layer when you turn it inside out.
thanks, teacher!
pls how many white rows?? and how many heart rows
The hat you made is very very good. 🇳🇵
Thank you!!
Pretty
Ugh mine keep coming out upside down 😭 they look normal during knitting then when I close it off for the double layer they’re upside down. What did I do wrong??
Hi! Are you following my row count? Don't start your hearts until you get to row 80 then it should work out when you turn your tube.
Hi what brand velvet did you use thank you
Omg I love your work do more videos
Thank you! I plan on making more.
Looks great! Nice technique.
I appreciate your comment. Thank you for watching!!
This is great! May I ask if the cast-on row could be mounted on the pins of the last-1 knitted row to then knit a row and do gather bind-off, treating the hat like one big attached brim? I don’t see your video about a basic hat, for reference. Thank you.
Hi! I am a little slow adding my new easy basic video but it will be up this week. I imagine so but I haven't tried it-give it a try and I will too.
Very beautiful

Do you sell that tool?
If I wanted to make a kids sized hat would I still do 16 rows for the hearts or would I want to do less?
I'm not sure of kids size maybe 100 rows? If so I would just reduce by two rows. Thank you for watching!!
@@hschemistryteacherdropout Thanks!
Super cute! Thank you so much for showing how to do it!
Absolutely! Thank you for watching.
Where did you get your gadget? Love it!
I designed it myself to help with finger and arm pain. My husband had to bend the wire used for T post for me. Thanks for watching!!

@@hschemistryteacherdropout no problem young lady have a wonderful day
Wow thanks for sharing
i was just learning how to do fair isle on a knitting machine😅
How would this work on a sentro 48 stitch machine
It should work out fine. I have never used a Sentro 48 but many people have good luck with that machine and making hearts.
My hearts came out upside down 🤷♀️
When are you doing a Spanish video thanks
I will plan to do that next.
I’m still waiting for a Spanish one
So cool! Thank you for sharing!
Glad you liked the video!
When are you doing shirts with your brand on it
It's in my future plans.

Appreciated learning how you crocheted the two sides together can foresee other applications, thank-you😊
Absolutely! So glad you will be able to use this in different projects.
I love this method! I remember you said you live on a farm and you had the ends closed off, but what is the "tool" you are using called? Is it something I can find in the city? Thank you so much for making this look uncomplicated. 😘
Thanks! It's a T-POST clip and you can find them at tractor supply. One can also use any jewelry wire but it may bend with use.
hubby calls them tie wires.i know this is a 6 m old comment, but for anyone else wondering.
amazing!! OMG ingenious!! still faster than doing it by hand with circular needles!!!
what a great little gadget to do that with! thanks for sharing the idea
I love this beautiful hat. Wow, you are so clever. Thank you for making this tutorial. Can’t wait to get my knitting machine so I can make one. Thank you 🥰
Thank you! I love the Addi King and all that it can do. Have fun with your machine!!
I believe you have pics on your IG where you have some redheart bright stripe fed into the pattern for the hearts. How do you get it to work out so the colors are consistent bottom to top between hats? Great tool and pattern. Thanks for sharing.
I just separate (cut) each different color from redheart bright stripe so they are all lined up and ready to use.
Wow! Thanks! I will try this today 😎
If ya don't have a hubby to make a tool and you don't have one...what would a normal beginner Schmoe use??
Where did you get the bracket from?
wow! your husband should patent that. as you can see there is a demand!
