    At 0.05 - She meant 46 stitches and "80" rows (for those who are new to knitting with
    your Addi). Love that creative tool for making the hearts.

    If I wanted to make a kids sized hat would I still do 16 rows for the hearts or would I want to do less?

      I designed it myself to help with finger and arm pain. My husband had to bend the wire used for T post for me. Thanks for watching!!

    Ugh mine keep coming out upside down 😭 they look normal during knitting then when I close it off for the double layer they’re upside down. What did I do wrong??

      Hi! Are you following my row count? Don't start your hearts until you get to row 80 then it should work out when you turn your tube.

      I used a landscape pin and pliers to curl the end. It worked also.

    I believe you have pics on your IG where you have some redheart bright stripe fed into the pattern for the hearts. How do you get it to work out so the colors are consistent bottom to top between hats? Great tool and pattern. Thanks for sharing.

      I just separate (cut) each different color from redheart bright stripe so they are all lined up and ready to use.

    Have you made this video yet. You are great and I love this idea and creativity.. I will make a video on how to twist the T Post Clip. I want to make this for my granddaughter for christmas and as I am making ALL resents on my Addi in am really in time crunch

    How would this work on a sentro 48 stitch machine

      It should work out fine. I have never used a Sentro 48 but many people have good luck with that machine and making hearts.

      I purchased some on Amazon. My husband said he could help me modify them. Also I was wanting to make ear warmers on my 22 Addi. Do you think 6 to 8 rows of hearts. I’m experimenting.

      So happy to share my work. I'm a big Addi fan but there are other brands people like. You just need the bigger size knitting machine.

    I love this method! I remember you said you live on a farm and you had the ends closed off, but what is the "tool" you are using called? Is it something I can find in the city? Thank you so much for making this look uncomplicated. 😘

      Thanks! It's a T-POST clip and you can find them at tractor supply. One can also use any jewelry wire but it may bend with use.

      You have to do the hearts at the end of the hat not the beginning.

      Finding my way outta the box took some creativity but so worth it to be able to see value at all yarn-y angles. You should try it.
