I think one thing that should come off the NFA list is suppressors and SBRs.....I'm sure most N.J. residents have felt the joy in preserving your eardrums......Not one homicide or crime that I've heard about was committed with the criminal running a suppressed firearm....They're too expensive for one and criminals are too stupid to even match up the correct thread pattern....And SBRs.....They need to stop the $200 extortion tax....It is sickening.....Suppressed AR platforms are so much more enjoyable.....

The ATF does not look at the paperwork and on the paperwork all that is written on it is the serial # of the firearm......Unless the FFL you purchase from is under some kind of order to turn over their paperwork to the ATF by court order they don't know what the firearm is unless they investigate it......The state of N.J. may require this in the purchase laws but I wouldn't know I live in a beautiful 2A state......Any FFL in the state I reside in just needs to have their paperwork in order and keep the state tax quarterly proper and that reduces the chance of red flags.....One of the most important things I believe in is don't make videos about your firearms and what you have.....Leave that up to the FFL you buy from and of course be responsible and take the classes and get any and all permits required by the state you reside in......Good luck....keep throwing down range safely and God Bless America......

I don’t think this is true any longer and I’m pretty sure Other had to be over 26” overall and someone just said the barrel too had to be over 12”. Plus now I think other is measured with the brace removed, so longest part of the buffer. What I don’t know is if you install a buffer onto a AK variant, if you have to remove the brace, then you should have to remove the buffer too since it’s not needed for functionality. With the being said, wouldn’t you have to remove the muzzle device too unless pin and welded??

Can someone explain the virgian lower concept? I got a lower years ago. I got it as a stripped lower, says M4 on it but I installed only semi auto parts. Once I put an upper on it, poof its not a virgin? Or does it really only apply to if you bought it originally assembled as a rifle?

Rather than pin and weld the muzzle I was thinking of getting a 7" barrel and pining the adjustable brace to get the overall length to 26" from brace to barrel threads. Seriously, do you ever use the shortest setting on the brace anyway? It's also super easy to pin/unpin a brace compared to the muzzle. I also like the option of having a threaded barrel I can still use. I don't see a reason why it wouldn't be NJ legal but I'm always skeptical, particularly with the damn ATF brace stuff. I'd need an extra long buffer tube and pad if the brace needs to come off. So many stupid hoops to consider.

You might want to use a rubber mallet or at least put a rag over the hammer so you don't done it up but I'm not a professional or anything from what I've seen a brass or bronze because it's softer or rubber or different material mallets I just don't want nothing happened to that beauty and I love your videos another fellow New Jerseyin
