Saxophonist in Los Angeles, CA . Tenor sax, alto sax, and clarinet.
Music Styles Include, Blues, Jazz, Rock. I read, improvise, and can arrange.
Mostly I make music videos for entertainment and promotional purposes.
I am available for live performances in the Los Angeles area as a sideman, or I can front my own group.
I perform at house parties, company events, restaurants, and company events as a solo saxophone with backing tracks.
I have backed up singers with trax and sax.
Also, I record sax remotely for projects worldwide.
Some of my videos are original music I've released through the CD Baby aggregator.

Last year I did a more uptempo version of this. I slowed it down some to relearn the melody and thought it sounded good downtempo. Some jazz songs are like that. #saxophone #smoothjazz

A song from late 70's I always liked it, Elvis Version is great, but the sax on Linda Ronstadts version is so good. This is my take. As always lots of liberties with the melodies. Actually one of the things I like about jazz.

This is a chilled version I've played for awhile, Classic song from a great Band. I played in some restaurants and had to tone the energy down to a more downtempo feel.

Thank you. By kit I think you mean my saxophone setup? The horn is a Yamaha Custom ZII. The Mouthpiece is a Jody Jazz Gold 7* and a Boston Sax 3 1/2 Reed. The microphone is a JZ Mic V67, running through Warm Audio WA-2aA leveling amplifier and a Klark Teknik EQP-KT Equalizer into a Presonus Studio Live Mixer into Logic Pro. I believe I used the UAD Century Tube Channel Strip and some Reverb. I hope that answers your question. Thank you

It's actually a Mark VI that I (mistakenly ) had relacquered in 82, and it just wore off again. It came into my possession in 75 when everyone was selling theirs VIs and buying VIIs. What horn do you play?@@SurprisinglySmartSaltShaker777
@@georgematoian I’m actually an intermediate alto saxophonist. I’m still in the process of developing my skill, but I can always enjoy a nice saxophone when I see one. I don’t know the specific details, but I got this beginner(on accident😅😅) Yamaha.
