Pouring the batter in the butter is a trade secret, never seen that in a recipe before 😊yum
I love baking cobbler batter by melting the butter first. My blueberry lemon cobbler has this style batter also and it is amazing. Great question. I am not a fan of either, so I'm probably not the person to ask. Both have strong flavors, so I would suggest using less Splenda or Stevia. If you do this, please let me know how it turns out. Thanks for your question.
