My goal is to bring unique wildlife footage right to your computer. Currently based in Alaska but ha s a penchant for travel. I like to share my wildlife experiences with you!
Whyalla Cuttlefish Reel
Here are some samples from the Whyalla Cuttlefish aggregation.
The spot was super easy to find, the dive shop in town was helpful but their equipment was older, but it's such a shallow dive I only rented tanks to get the most video possible.
Water temperature was cold: 54 F
Dive location: Stony Point
filmed on Canon R5

Manta Ray night dive, Kona Hawaii
Просмотров 595 месяцев назад
We were so lucky to witness these majestic creatures in Hawaii. Kona is famous for their reef Manta Rays. They feed on the plankton that are attracted to the lights. Big shout out to @BigIslandDivers for a well run boat! 100% recommend!

Photoshop Layers Tutorial

I go over how I created my leaf cutter ant photo and how you can use layers and blending in photoshop to create your own art! This technique is best applied when you want to capture certain motion over a potentially long time and your background or foreground stays put! I overlayed about 90 photos to create this blurred effect.

Kodiak Bear Eating Fish in a fishing hole
*Throws meatballs with a Biltricide tablet in them*
Imagine eating it like the spaghetti in The Lady and the Tramp and kissing his a-hole at the end 😊
If bears can naturally detox tape worms and they are outside in nature. I’m starting to think humans to naturally detox a worm is being outside! It’s more common than we don’t talk about.
The whole part of being grounded, and conducting with Earth.
you just want to get a stick or something and pull it out.
This is what happens when you eat too much raw meats 😂
I would have loved to see and hear the full clip but got put off by the sniffing. Yeh! - but that's just me...sorry. I did get to see the first 1.5 minutes!
epic!!
Thanks man! Cant wait to collect more footage!
that bird in the last seconds has a worm in its mouth ewwww
thank you! the moth photo its amazing, so much work behind it . Congrats!

Pee Wee Herman's handlebars came to mind. Is that weird?
Oh man looks like Biden voters leaving the Golden Coral.
I saw a large 10ft one dead on the road in Jaco Beach Costa Rica
Nicholas, where was this filmed?
This was filmed on Kodiak Island, at the time it was one set of our local bears. I don't think they showed up at the river this year.
@@MrNicholaslarghi Thank you.
How cute they come with matching tapeworms.
Just as the video ends it looks like a Seagull has one of the worms in its beak.
Wonderful
They do not eat Grizzly meat. If they did they would not touch it again. All these guide bsing about packing a Grizzy to a Camp 3 miles away. Lies. Just so the people think they are puttn it the freezer. Lol!!! Its skank stench.
IT make shiwer if you look at paradice, worms
Great presentation. I’m using both of those triggers and have been happy. Also used the miops with the same conclusion as you. My application much different but at the end of the day same concept.
thanks for the input! I have more videos to make, I've just been busy in the field so far. Glad you found the video useful!
from southern Mexico to northern South America.
Then people go drink and bathe in that water haha
Awful quality.
thanks! It was only shot in 4K so yea it's pretty terrible quality. You are more than welcome to sit alone on a river bank with the largest Grizzly Bears in the world and try it yourself like I did. Cheers!
Great video, thank you!
glad you found it useful! I need to make an updated video soon!
It is incredible how very much it looks like a western diamondback rattlesnake.
That guy is crazy, ran into one on patrol and stared at the creature for what seemed an eternity, we were on reccee and on low crawl. Simple you get bit you die.
One of these bit an uncle of mine. Almost killed him.
Just saw a little four half foot bull snake mowing a school it was nice just looking for a meal. I saw it climbing up a tree when I passed by my mower. Then I saw her again in the grass so I let her go by I couldn’t of killed her with my mower, but why there is no reason.
let the snakes be for sure. They're excellent for the ecosystem. Live and let live. Thanks for helping out!
Did he tell the snake to sit?
One of the last snakes on earth that you would want to get a bite from.
@0:53 oh shit !
That snake is like, “Here, hold my Bud Light and watch this.”
And they don't even have the common courtesy to grow a set of rattlers to alert the unsuspecting.
Spent 6 weeks in Panama and saw several Fer De Lance - that is the biggest one I ever saw. They’re unbelievably quick.
Lived in the Canal Zone for a bit over three years. Was in the jungle quite often, many times for several days at a time. Saw Fer de Lance almost daily, usually several each day. They were very territorial. They knew where their territory began and ended. Stop short of that boundary and they left you alone. Step over that boundary they came after you. Step back over that boundary and they would go back to where they were sunning themselves. Had one of my men step over a fallen log and before his foot hit the ground his boot was struck and the snake’s fangs were embedded into the lugs on the sole of his boot. Man that guy could dance! Eventually, the fangs broke off and the snake left the scene. Took our medic about ten minutes to pull both fangs out of the sole of the boot. Didn’t want to leave them embedded in the boot for fear someone could get hurt if they made inadvertent contact with them. The other snake we would see fairly often was the Bushmaster. Usually, they were coiled up in the vines and limbs above the trail waiting for food to pass below. When something would pass underneath that looked to be a meal the snake would fall out of its resting place and onto whatever it was underneath. Usually, the fall was such that it would daze the prey long enough for the snake to bite and kill its meal. Both snakes made one keep on guard and watch were they were going. Didn’t want to step near a Fer de Lance or pass underneath a Bushmaster. Could ruin one’s day.
A bushmaster is on my list of snakes to see. Difficult to find in Costa Rica from what I understand. Gorgeous animal as well.
@@MrNicholaslarghi - As with many animals, insects and plants, the really pretty ones are often the most dangerous.
@@OkieSketcher1949works that way with human beings too
@@stantheman9072 - As much as I hate to admit it, you are correct sir.
Saw both the Fer de Lance and Bushmaster when I was in Costa Rica last July. Very close to the Bushmaster. He was pointed out by our guide but blended in so well with the floor of the jungle, he would have been almost impossible to spot. Loved seeing him and got a couple of good pictures--a highlight of the trip!
Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Aaaand NOPE!
Exterminate ALL snakes
never
Why?
Interesting to observe the guy’s behavior change from nonchalance to Oh, no😳 as the snake moved toward him then his bag. And rightfully so
They lunge. Not trustworthy.
I bumped into the odd 1 or 2 of those in Belize.
Nice Tommy Goff, lots of those in Belize, biggest one I saw was about 6' but they get bigger.
Stupid people never fail to amaze me.
Lol bags his till he's done with it but nobody's gonna steal it!
Get closer for your photo!!
What’s that old Costa Rican saying, “it’s better to have a machete and not need it than to need a machete and not have it”.
No machete was necessary here
You risk your life just for a photo....hummm okay.
My life was at minimal risk. And it’s for more than a photo, it’s to experience an animal. Snakes don’t just randomly attack lol
@@steelrat5604 yes they are dangerous but no, snakes do not jump, Central American snakes do not spit venom, no snake pretends to run (slither) away and come back and attack. Snakes do not attack people, they want to be left alone. this snake was just exploring its surroundings.
@@steelrat5604 yes I am well aware of the snakes venom this was a top species for me to see when I was there. we spend most of our trips looking for snakes. The behavior you describe is not typical of snakes. Don't fall for the folklore. They behave like any other snake I've ever encountered. I've photographed some of the deadliest snakes in Australia too, no snake chases you. But thank you for taking the time to respond. Enjoy your day. Cheers.
@@steelrat5604 not even black mambas. Snakes don’t chase people
Wow - that is a whole lot of snake! 😮
Yea this was a big one
I found Your video to be disturbing. You and the Lady (out of the view) were interacting with a very dangerous animal. I didn't feel you were exercising enough respect. I am afraid some of Your viewers will not learn how quickly this situation could turn deadly. I am blocking your Video because of this. jimmy
I’m sorry you feel that way. The animal and use both had plenty of space. I understand how dangerous they are. Sorry you had to block my video 🤷♂️
I was surprised at how big these snakes can get. Much bigger than this.
Yeah, give it a wide birth ....Extremely dangerous snake ..
Very much so. A wishlist item for sure
Sorry, they're shoes and handbags for me.
Then let's hope they get you before you get them.
