Oh no ! What kind of glue did you use ? I find gorilla glue tends to have less glue “droppings”. Maybe also try using less glue so it doesn’t spill out. A little goes a long way. You can also hold the fabric down a little longer until the glue is dry so nothing spills out.

I would probably keep tallest in the center, and then start going shorter as I make my way out. Not uniformly though, just overall. Hope that helps, let me know how it turns out !

@@mamabearcustomwreaths4767 thanks for the reply but I meant literally balance (so they don't fall over!) Nice tip for visually balancing an arrangement though, thanks!- oh, it turned out nice after I let the resin/ glue in vase harden long enough but the resin reacted weirdly with the glue so I tried to "fix" it by adding color- mica powder. Shoulda left it alone but not bad.

Oh, I’m sorry to hear she had pancreatic cancer. My father passed away from pancreatic cancer 😢 Bloodwork doesn’t indicate cancer, thank God, but they can’t figure out what is wrong with me. Will be doing lots of testing in the coming weeks. Yes, girl ! Hubby ordered me a cordless glue gun so I can craft inside in the AC ! We may get a foldable table too, trying to find a comfy spot for me to record inside the house. I’m moving up in the world - woohoo air conditioning while I craft ! 🤣

Thank you so much 😊 Question - are you using wired ribbon ? And if so, is the wire very thin and weak ? Sometimes this happens when a ribbon isn’t wired or the wire is flimsy. It can also happen when your loop is too large. If your ribbon is only 2 inches wide you can’t make as big of a loop as you could with a 4 inch wide ribbon. Maybe try making your loop a little smaller. Let me know if that helps I am making a few ribbon tutorials to post soon. These may help you make hand made bows. Y’all get me and my obsession for pretty things and craft supplies 😂 My non-crafting friends think I’m nuts 🤠 We live by the water and yes, hurricanes are the worst! But it’s just so beautiful to live by the water, we put up with it. We go to Austin a lot, we like going to the Domain area and hang out for the weekend. And the pretty hills in Austin ❤️ I love love love how this wreath turned out !

I just look at it and see if I like how full and tight it looks. Some wreaths I like a tighter look so I use more mesh, some wreaths I like a more loose look so I use less. The method you use with your deco mesh also plays into how many roles you use. Curling your deco mesh and attaching curls to wreath takes up more deco mesh. With 6 inch deco mesh you will usually use at least 5 or 6 rolls for a wreath.

Hi there 😊 I used almost 4 tulip bunches. But keep in mind my wreath was on the smaller side - it was a 9.8 inch wreath base. So of your wreath base is larger you will need more !
