Brilliant ideas during this challenging times. Thank you Patricia.
Constructive living is really a gem teaching. You just have to polish (practice it continuously) it to avoid unnecessary suffering.
Thanks, Alexander for your comment. It's clear you "get it."
Even better the second time around
Beauty both sight and sound, what a delightful relaxing few minutes. Thank you for that.
What a great time you're having!
Thank you for sharing!
What an awkward world! This video has only 835 views and only 8 likes
I hope this means that you think it should have more interest? I accept that a a compliment. Thank you.
Dear@@patryanmadson OF COURSE I think it should have more views! You're more then inspiring to me. And not only that, I plan to change those numbers! I'm gonna suggest your videos to my group for physical theater. Thank you so much for your work! (Reaching all the way to Balkans, Serbia)
@@katarinafajgelj483 Oh, how thrilling! You are in Serbia! Wow. Are you aware of my book, IMPROV WISDOM. I can send you a copy if you give me your mailing address. I am honored that you find these worthwhile. Hooray for Katarina!
Delighted that this simple technique is helpful to someone in GREECE
Wow!! How wonderful! I'm amazed, as it's the first time ever that I encounter this Etegami style, and it looks lovely! I might as well give it a shot myself, when I get the matrerials needed to do it! Thank you very much! Thumbs up!
I did not soak the plexiglass. I covered the surface with a thin coating of liquid soap or detergent. Shampoo also works. Then let it dry.
what did you use to soak plexi at first? I didn't catch that.
Have you tried soaking the watercolour paper first, using it damp?
Thank you, Patricia, that is a great demo and a realy good idea <3
Your microphone keeps going up and down..your cards are beautiful!
Thank you for this great idea, so effective
It's very kind of you to say so. These are easy and fun to make.
Any liquid dish soap or hand washing soap will do.
Great tutorial! Thanks! Curious, what kind of soap are you using?💕
Any liquid dish soap or even shampoo
Wonderful video, Uncle Ron! VERY interesting stuff. We're blessed to have you as our family historian.
Are you my English teacher in Thai. ? Are you volunteer in that time.??..!!.
No, sorry, not me.
Great video
3rd comment!
1st comment OMG! good vid
very nice my friend
If you are always asking 'what needs to be done' -- it sounds like you are always in motion. How about just relaxing and shutting down. How about nothing needs to be done. It is all right to just sit here and rest for an hour and do the dishes tomorrow.
You're absolutely right. Clearly sometime what "needs to be done" is rest . . . be mindful and just do nothing or "shut down" as you suggest. Absolutely all right to rest!
I am glad to see something about constructive living. I cannot understand why this guy is not more well known.
lol just changed my user name but I still think she is amazing (*_*)
You are one amazing lady (*_*)
I can sum up naikan in one sentence - The answer to life is to worship your parents.
Yes, and to notice the gifts you receive from everyone else, as well :)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naikan
"The family-relationship focus of traditional Naikan may sometimes be less appropriate to those with fragmented or seriously dysfunctional family backgrounds. However, as with Buddhist metta meditation (mettā bhāvanā), there is no reason why Naikan practice necessarily takes family relationships as a starting point. The benefit of looking at family relationships is that these are often the most emotionally complex and connected with our sense of 'self.'
such a charming perspective on life
