Dat hangt af van je setup en je eigen wensen. Vind zelf de lange versnelling erg lekker rijden met de relatief korte powerband van de 20vt met een k03/4 turbo.

@@wouterdevalk6522 ik ga voor een k03s hybride turbo, 3.5inch downpipe overgaand naar 2.5inch met enkel een einddemper. Wordt een daily driver dus weet nog niet of ik de injectoren ook meepak ;) gaat in ieder geval als de brandweer gezien jou filmpjes XD

Lekker man! Gaat zeker een bommetje worden met die setup ;) als je het maximale uit de hybrid turbo wilt halen zou ik er een 80mm oversized turbo intake op zetten. Echt een kreng om te monteren maar het scheelde mij +35pk. En de grotere injectoren natuurlijk. Veel succes met bouwen!

Thanks man! You can get digital speedo signal from your gauge cluster. Keep in mind it's GTI only. The "normal" clusters don't have a speedo sensor. Otherwise you could use the original output on gearbox for a digital signal, but you won't have a mechanical drive for the MK2 cluster

@@wouterdevalk6522 Oh well, thank you! The problem is I only have a normal MK2, analog speedo and a 1.8t engine and transmission with digital encoder. I'm still looking for a solution for that.

What do you want to use the speedo signal for? You can convert your 02A/02J transmission to a mechanical speedo drive. I've ran my cars for a few years without digital speed signal. If you want stuff like boost by gear, anti lag, launch control then it would be handy. Otherwise it's not necessary. By the way, GTI gauge clusters are not that hard to find. I guess it depends where you live. Cheers!

A decat downpipe and a stainless exhaust does the trick, running only a rear muffler :)

Thnx a lot man! No the chassis is pretty much stock. Just some good rubber, G60 brakes all round and a mk3 rear axle with torsion bar. No shocktower braces

@@wouterdevalk6522 oh wow, that’s not bad. A couple strut braces front and back plus a brace for the subframe wouldn’t hurt. Get rid of that twist/flex these chassis’s have. I kinda want to do the 2.5 O7K swap to mine. The brackets are the largest cost though, Fabless gets like $1700 for the swap kit.

@@kw2519 well that's nice about the 1.8t, it uses stock g60 engine mounts and gearbox. Well it used to have a g60 box till I stripped third gear xd. Have a TDI box now, way nicer ratios for the 1.8t. Also the 1.8t is a lot cheaper to buy than a 07k I guess. And as u can see I makes desend power with some minor upgrades

@@wouterdevalk6522 it’s true, the 1.8t is more accessible as far as swaps go. It even bolts to the o2o trans.

Yeah she goes allright! Dyno'd her couple of weeks ago. 251hp/345nm. She will keep up with a WRX, from a roll! Never will my Golf keep up with AWD from a stand still xd. Zero traction in first and second gear :D

Speedo is just a mechanical kable. The rest goes via the CE2 fusebox. I bought my engine swap that was already fitted to a mk2, so i really cant tell you with wire goed where 😅

@@ignasxado yes sir. 02J from a mk4 TDI. Can really recommend the TDI box. Way nicer gearing for the 20vt than the 02A G60 box had

For Tacho use the MSD 8920 And to get the digital signal from 02J or 02M to work with the MK2 cluster use Cable X or better use the Dakota digital ECD-100

No, its from a mk1 Audi TT, but basicly the same as a mk4 gti. Only i have bigger turbo and e throttle

Lol my engine came out of a TT to, only 180hp. I used everything from a mk2 g60. Motormounts, trans, flywheel etc etc. But i broke 3rd on the 02a trans so i swapped it for a 02j tdi trans. Can really recommend that trans, 02a g60 was way too short

I really dont know man, havent been on a dyno yet. Still have stock injectors but i've a set out of an S3. Feels properly quick. No match for mk4/5/6/7 GTI and stuff. Spins first and second all day and in the wet third and sometimes fourth

@@Ανδρεαςπατ-γ5ω about 1.5 at pike and 1.2 at redline. If i remember correct my turbo was good for 260 or 270hp bus still have stock injectors

@@wouterdevalk6522 with stock injectors(not from s3) and 3.5 bar pressure regulator you are about 250(k03s turbo).if you put a 4bar pr you can put out 10-15 hp more and with s3 injectors from k04(stock not hybrid)almost 270-280.
