Traxxas Rally rear HD parts upgrade! WITH PART NUMBERS

A few months ago I bought an obsolete brushed version of the Traxxas rally. I swapped in a Castle Creations Copperhead10 ESC and Motor combo and I keep breaking parts so I bought all of the parts to do the VXL HD swap. Tag along for the next bit and let's get the rear suspension done!
Big boy runs over my camera!!!!!!!!!
Просмотров 4824 месяца назад
I had the chance to see the Union Pacific Big Boy steam locomotive come through Illinois a few miles from my house and was able to set a camera between the rails buried in the road base and got a never seen before (for me at least) shot of it running over a camera. FYI as soon as I could see smoke I started the camera and got off the tracks and it took 23 minutes for it to get where I was from ...

As he does, the local tree guy dumps the wood behind my house when he clears trees in this town so i can have bonfires. I had to make room for the 6 loads he was bringing today. I split them up into shorter videos i hope uou enjoy them
Will a 14 year old starter fit a 2019 1723E?
Просмотров 192Год назад
After 1400 hours on my 2019 Massey ferguson GC1723e the starter decided to go on strike! So after calling the dealer and finding out it is out of warrantee and the starter being over $600 to replace I got on the ol interwebs and did some reasearch and found a 2010 Massey sub compact starter for $80 and gave it a shot. But will it work? Purchase Starter here! www.amazon.com/dp/B01N75V5R9?psc=1&r...

Back at Ride Organic to do some tilling!
Definitely needed this, thanks for the video
@@OneMoreBurnout Thanks for watching.
That was awesome!👍👌💯
Pretty neat it would take me forever to get used to the steering
I didn't realize it was backwards until I started driving it lol. You can see the stability control making it weave back and forth! It didn't do that with the slower stock servo
Fast little devil!
I put the VXL back in it to slow it down lol
Pretty cool. Amazing those rocks do not move around with all that weight. Very slick.
I made sure to put rocks on top of the base of the camera just in case lol
Man they have loaded you up with Major Wood
You should see it now
Thumbs up 👍🏻
I’m really glad to see your putting out more videos. I enjoy watching you you’re a Regular Guy you Swear and Speak your Mind just like me
Thanks! I should change the channel name to "pollitically incorrect guy with a tractor"lol
@@midcoasttractorservice9182 You Crazy. 😜 Hs ha ha
@@dannymathews3482 Just saying
I just put an order in with heavy hitch. For that new leveler. I wanna do the church parking lot. Looks very useful
The only downfall with it that I see is that there is really no way to level the rock unlesss you use another tool I>E> grading scraper.
I love my Top Dog grapple. Enjoy your coffee
The only problem I have had with mine is the grease zerk on the right cylinder. I love it!
Keep an eye on the welds for the front bracket the holds the front diff in! Mine cracked and eventually broke off but i was able to weld it back on. The frame was sitting on the diff.
It is extremely impressive how much weight a little 25 hp tractor can lift. Are you ever worried about tweaking the loader arms when carrying a large log?
Not particularly. I too am impressed with what they lift but not sure if you remember i turned the hydraulic pressure up to 2100 psi.
Good to see you back. I do have a question, I have the same tractor but my bucket will not stay on. Do you have any problems like that? If you did how did you fix it? Thanks for sharing videos
Do you mean the loader or just the bucket? The loader creeps on all of them. Mine might not now I don't recall? I started using a thicker gear oil.
Just the bucket.. when you dump the bucket to empty it and shake it. Sometimes the bucket come off, not always. It seems like it comes off the right side, sitting in the seat.
Do you have any issue with your pump whine? Mines always made the noise ever since it was new, doesn't affect the performance of the tractor just annoying as hell
Yes it used to because I always ran if full throttle but I put the new updated spring in it and now I don't use full throttle all the tim.
Massey needs to hire you. And give you free demos to test. If there’s something that’s going to break you’re gonna find it. I find myself in the same situation. Glad you found an alternative for a solution. Thanks for passing on the knowledge
I'm not the first one to do it but I think the first to do it to a tractor this new?
And I am not opposed to that!
Pretty cool able to get replacement !! Mostly painless
Yeah i bent the terminal that triggers the starter so the lock wouldn't lock.
It's worth it for that price even if you only get a few years out of it. Thanks for putting put this video!
I'm going to see if the other one can be rebuilt so I'll have it in stock lol
No other words but wow unreal!
Great video. Where did you buy the 3rd function kit from?
Artillian.
@@midcoasttractorservice9182 Thank you
Glad to see you back.
Looks good.
I personally would not hesitate to reccommend their products!
I have one that's been sitting for about 8 years not even sure where to start with it, probably needs a full tune up. any suggestions?
This one had a valve stuck open. I would start with fresh gas and clean the points
After 2 years, are you still happy with it? I just bought one for $29 (tool only). It wouldn't loosen my lug nuts, but will try again with tire off the ground
Well i ran over it with the tractor but I did like it! I carried it on my trailer. I bought a different one but all of those use the same battery so now I have a spare battery.
I’m sure glad to see you back making Videos.
I hate spreading dirt with grass in it The grass just wants to roll up instead of lay down smooth
@@dannymathews3482 That is the major gripe about doing driveways! I often do up to 5 a week and it gets to be a pita sometimes. You just have to keep grinding it up till its gone lol
Nice job!
Thanks for the visit
Nice Job! They should have called you before all that grass grew up. You have a lot more patience than me.
I'va been cutting the grass since before that was installed. they said the water company was going to do it but that was 6 months ago
I raised hydraulic pressure 110 psi on my tractor. So far no issues but I do not use mine as much as you do. Pretty cool of you to mention what can happen. Again love your videos!
I hve been super busy repairing rock with my grading scraper but I litterally do 3 a day so I don't want to video them because it takes forever.
Nice job!! Amazes me how the gravel comes back up.
The hard part is getting rid of the grass I removed.
Wow that's amazing!! Come out very nice!
Look 👀ing Good Brother!!
Good morning Steve ! Glad to see you put out another video. I enjoy watching and listening to you
I have two more with the grading scraper on deck
nice video here
Good Morning Steve! Hope you and yours had a Happy 4 th Glad to see you made another video
I'm working the massey hard today too just no video
Two years later, how do you like your forks now? I am waiting for mine to show up, hopefully any week now. Went with the same forks. 48 inch though.
Love them! I don't use them much now that i have a grapple but there's always a need for them!
@@midcoasttractorservice9182 Awesome to hear! I am waiting on my grapple to come in too. I'm hoping they'll show up here soon.
@@Muzzleblast-1911 I used them 2 weeks ago to put my hot tub on the deck
Do you have the part# for that lift arm? Thanks.
No but it is what massey uses on all of the tractors now.
Love all your Videos! Hope you have some more videos coming soon
Not sure if I will be making any more? I left the massey groups on facebook. I do have a few things that need to be done on the tractor however.
@@midcoasttractorservice9182 F those Massey Groups I have a Massey and I don’t give a crap about those Massey Groups I like your videos you’re an every day guy speak what’s on your mind
What is the worst part about being in a massive Ferguson group?
Nothing if you like reading the same shit over and over and over again!
I’ll have to look into it. But I thought my dealer said my tractor was set to 2200 psi from factory. Oh well but I do love my wheel spacers 3 inches go big or go home. Have a good day Steve
I could be wrong but I always read just over 1900. I'll turn it up to 2400 if i want tho lol
I would have liked to have seen the video of turning the pressure up. Like you said in your comments it is your tractor and you paid for it. I am like you don’t really care about someone else’s opinion if they are not footing the bill. Keep doing what you do. That’s why I subscribed to your channel.
It's right behind the deck height adjustment. if you look in that hole you can see a 19mm bolt with a flat head screw in it.
I really enjoy your videos Those guys that are talking S- -T don’t have a clue and probably can’t do what you do. Keep making Videos
There's really no reason to be in there for me! I have not learned one thing while in there. Well maybe where the pressure adjustment was and thats it! I have been researching a turbo for this tractor. It will be way easier than a John deere!
Hey Stephen Thanks for the video , I beleive the factory setting is more to protect the people that flip their tractor than the actual tractor. remember your video where you are testing lifting your implement ? wonder if that would drastically change now ? anyway thanks , love the camera view . and stop worrying about what people think you don't even have to mentionne that in your video as this show it bug you and they like that. PS: no wheel spacer on mine but I do cut grass (about 60 % of the jobe my tractor do ) ;-) . I do not use my tractor as hard as you do so I let it stock . If I would live out of it that would be a different ball game. I would probably have the pressure set to around 2400 PSI . keep on going whith these video it show the work they can do.
I don't remember which video you speak of.
That is a beautiful flat piece of land you have there. Where I live is all bolders steep hills and creek beds.
This is the only flt piece of land I work on! watch mowing the resi or the motocross track vids
"cut your grass and worry about your wheel spacers" lmao I kill me.
Nice setup
I can get you the brackets for fifty bucks
Nice video!! Very engaging from beginning to end 👍👏👍👏👍👏! Need likes? -> Promo`SM!!
firing order should be 1-3-4-2
Got it running a long time ago and it is gone! Had a stuck valve too
Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 and I Hope you and yours have a Happy NewYear !!
Thank you! Merry cheristmas to you too!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year... What jump box brand name do you think is most worth the money?
I'm not really sure? I follow Struggleville.net and he has coupon codes for them all the time so for around $30 I just keep buying them lol. Merry Christmas to you as well.
i have the same machine what is the fireing order - you used to get it running/
I cannor remember. I googled it however
Pretty cool, got the same tractor, using edge tamers on the bucket right now, then when the base gets a nice packed layer on the ground gonna put on the snowblower. Anyway nice build.
I clear a few lots in town so i ned to get as much as possible. I plow then salt
Nice International there I have the regular 424 of this tractor
This one is for sale since i fixed it lol
