Rode Wireless Pro For Documentary Filmmaking & 1 Setting You GOTTA Change
#Rodewirelesspro #rodewirelessgo #djimic
There a lot of reasons to like the rode wireless pro for documentary filmmaking, especially when compared to the DJI Mic 2. One Reason I bought the The Rode Wireless Pro over the dji mic 2 is because the rode wireless pro supports timecode while the dji mic 2 doesn't support time code. Another reason i chose the rode wireless pro over the dji mic 2 was that the rode wireless pro has a threaded mic jack for a lav mic whereas the dji mic 2 doesn't have a threaded jack. This isn't a deal breaker for many, but on a documentary film set where you are often following talent around and talent can get out range or out of eyesight you might miss someone tur...

Just Street Photography In Hanoi Vietnam With The Contax Zeiss 35MM F1.4

I wanted to take my vintage contax Zeiss 35mm f1.4 out to do some street photography in Hanoi. the contax Zeiss 35mm f1.4 is a classic lens that a lot of people adapt to use for cinema. today. I wanted to use my contax Zeiss 35mm F1.4 for a little bit of street photography. Even though it's a manual focus lens, you can still get fantastically sharp images out of it. What’s not professional, your audio. Your room echoes and needs sound treatment. Lots of reverb.
I feel dedicated camera bags (except some slings) fall flat. It's better to spec into an ease of access pack with your own inserts.
I gave my mother a bag kislux on the festival day. She liked it very much. It is easy to carry and not easily scratched. My mother often carries it when she goes out on rainy days. But it still looks new. I will consider buying another one next time I have the chance.
Glad you found something she likes.
kislux I love you so much and watching your videos makes my day brighter $20,000 to $30,000 can provide shelter and food to a homeless family. Why waste so much money? kislux is the right choice for you
ok
You are so right, the peak design everyday is really overrated for what it is. Im starting to think that peak design is look over quality.
I think the quality is pretty decent, but yeah the price doesn’t match up
Thanks for the off-the-cuff review! Besides your use cases, it was nice to see how the bag held up after several years of use 👍
Glad you liked it!
I just bought that charger after seeing this video. It would only charge one out of my four OEM Sony batteries. So, not a happy camper. I will try to get in touch with the manufacturer if I can find a phone number and they will answer the phone. ...Not too hopeful. BTW, they charge fine on my other chargers.
Sorry to hear that, hope you can get it sorted out.
I just bought a fake kislux and I love the fact that I didn't have to spend 3-4k on it. Yes, it's beautiful, but it's just a bag and no one cares if it's real or fake. I have a lot of real stuff that no one cares about.
i had purchased their fake sling bag and it didn't hold up worth a shit
Great video! The channel loves Hanoi. Usually Contax CJ users graduate to Minolta Rokkor lenses.
I haven't, I've been thinking maybe Pentax or just getting rid of my vintage lenses and getting something like the nisi athenas or dulens
As Contax licenced Yashica to make their lenses in the same factory as the Yashica own glass did you ever look at that Yashica ML series by way of comparison? Enjoyed the video, have a great day.
Thanks for the kind comment. I haven't looked into anything other than Pentax and Olympus for a vintage set
An impactful review from a 365 subs channel over 6 years since started
Thanks for the comment?
there is no perfect backpack ever. there is a perfect backpack for a specific use! that's why I have the 20L, the 30L, the ltravel 45L, and about ten other backpacks🤣🤣

I really love it 😻💓
Thanks
How many hours does it last in a rig powering on a Canon M50 and a wireless focus motor SmallRig MagicFiz Lite?
no external monitor or wireless transmitter, at least 6+ hours, likely closer to 7.5
Now I love the Prada (Galleria Medium). But my favorite is my *gtdupe* bag. It's something I've never seen anywhere and I love it.
awesome
I never drived a scooter before aswell like your friend. I'm glad i know how to ride a bicycle in busy areas so I didn't had a crash for a full week in Thailand. I paid 3 penalties from the Tahi police in Phuket but it was absolutely fine, regarding what happened in europe if you drive without licence😂 Now planning to go to to vietnam, tank you so much for your video
no problem
@@Creativenerdnedia thank you so much ;)
I have one of the fake ones... my biggest problem with them is that they are too damn big and bulky. Ended up ditching it and doing one of the Wandrd tech pouches - much better for me.
Have you seen there new smaller size?
The clone version is a little shorter in the vertical dimension.
It's almost the same though. Likely made in the same factory here in Vietnam
Hi. What kind of filter fit in 70 180 tamron
67mm
In my opinion, all the automatic bikes are more reliable than a Chinese Honda win, but I will agree with you that the Honda wave is very reliable, but the seat is very narrow and uncomfortable, that’s my only complaint with them
Glad we agree
DSLR full frame can use. Full review + pic
6es or course
because it is China's Honda Win, if it is Indonesia's Honda Win, it is very good, but this moto is a rare , so it is collected by Vietnamese people.

fuck, those are some good shots! Really awesome to see a video like this from you. I would enjoy more videos like this!

200 bucks for a bike. What do you expected, pal?

Thx for the heads up
Thanks for checking out my second channel
Very true, if you don't know how to drive a motorcycle in an open parking lot back in your home country, why would you think you can drive one in an ultra dense Asian city with little traffic laws being followed? Lol.

😂
Why do you drive like a young buffalo? It's the kinda driving that gives us expats a bad name. Though, I completely agree with the information given.
who cares
@@Creativenerdnedia People care. You're not part of the solution to the already deadly roads, rather continuing the problem.
I almost bought one today from some French guy and that thing was very finicky starting and he was trying to tell me oh it’s you not the bike I’m like no if there is a very pacific way to start it it’s the bike and he try to trick not realizing the bike path stall if you don’t give it gas by driving around the parking lot and I I knew he was not happy when he realized I was a real Bucket head who knew what he was talking about I also immediately realized there was a Yamaha exhaust on it and for $200 it would be worth it as a project bike but I need a bike I can do 75 miles a day on for a year so I walked he started walking before I did because he realized also that I was trying to get my Vietnamese wife to walk away as all I was seeing in that bike after five minutes was a $200 bike that would cost me at least $600 in parts not including a good mechanic to put it together
Good choice
if you're going to buy a Win, try and look for the Lifan Win. Its the best one available other than a genuine Honda Win....which you wont find
Lol
@@Creativenerdnedia it's true
sorry dude but you are only half right. detect wins are made in Hanoi . the parts are made in Vietnam. people buy them because they are the cheapest bike you can buy that will go north to south. telling people to buy something else is silly as more expensive bikes take longer to sell. today market a 2018 honda win will set you back 180 to 220 dollars . the closest manual bike you can buy to that price is a Suzuki gn 125 for about 600 dollars . the GNs are also about 20 years old at this point so all the parts on you gn will with out a doubt be from china they also don't have a kick-start so if your battery runs out best of luck . my advice for travellers as one myself is to buy a newer win and check the bike before you buy it . sounds simple but you would be surprised
And every year there's stories of accidents
@@Creativenerdnedia a honda wave or blade . Have no extra safety features then a win. And if you want something that does have life saving technology like abs or adaptive suspension then your forking out about 150 mill . Best of luck dude
@@EnduroRidesWR Completely false what your quoting for having a bike with ABS (150 mil) obviously a clear lack of research at all on your part and a complete lack in the understanding of bikes in general . Let's start with the bike I bought new. 'Honda Winner X V3' 41 mil with abs and dual disk brakes if it happens to be on sale from a Honda Head store as mine was. 51 mil. or so if not. If buying used then some where around 30 mil. give or take for a Winner X V2 and even some V3's with ABS. Also your "advice" for travelers such as yourself buying a newer win and checking it out isn't the is all and end all for dodging a mine field. As you said it sounds simple so let's go with that. The most "simple" and important thing you didn't quote here to "help" other travelers would be the VERY short oil change intervals the "Win" MUST HAVE which is about every 300 kilometers compared to about every 1,000-1,500 kilometers for other small cheap bikes such as Waves, Blades, Jupiters or Sirius depending on if it's mineral oil, semi synthetic or full synthetic oil being used. A solid used bike such as one of these can be had in the neighborhood of around 9 million and up. (around 380 dollars) And you'll get a WAY more reliable bike in every aspect compared to Chinese copy Wins. Any "research" at all will quickly show why everything else is completely superior to a "Win". I hate even saying the word win as there is no winning to be had on one of these death traps.
@@Dreamcatcher28805 eeehh technically I qouted abs or adaptive suspension. But yes fair enough a new Honda winner. Untitled no number plate would be 50 ish mill . But you would need a trc to buy one. And a full vietnamese license. My other points still stand . Best of luck selling a winner with no blue card or fake blue card and not loose your ass on the sale. If someone wants a bike that can drive from siagon to hanoi and only make a 2 or 3 mill loss. Then the win is your man
@@Dreamcatcher28805 also bag packers simply do not have the 20 to 25 mill for a second hand winner. Even if you get a good one that needs absolutely no work to get you over your trip. And you have the money to buy one .the bag packers on the other side don't want to buy it because they don't have the money. So your stuck selling to the local expat community .I see it all the time you can pick these bikes up from tourist leaving the country on a flight in 4 hours for 10 to 15 mill. Or less
I bought a Honda Win in Hue and rode it to Saigon with no problems. It overheated a lot but that's to be expected with the cheap Chinese knockoff engine that it had and the hot temperature along with small engine size. Had a tire go flat outside of Dalat and got it fixed by a local for next to nothing; which blew my mind at the generosity of the locals. Just wondering if you can even get a real motorcycle in Vietnam, like could you buy a 650 and really enjoy the highways?
😂
Ya dude there are plenty of bigger motorcycle for sale or rent but they are alotore expensive
Exactly correct. Buy a Genuine Honda/Yamaha semi-automatic instead
👍
Find the richest 1% to make friends? No one drives bikes like these because no one is crazy enough to pay the import and luxury goods tax. You don't have to fork over $2000+ to make english speaking friends in Vietnam, this video is a joke.
you're a joke
Hey man, thanks for the vid. My situation is that I have a european drivers liscence for all sizes of bikes, but I did however lose my lisence on my current travels and there is no way I can get a new lisence in vietnam. What do you think I should do? Btw. I am an experienced rider.
🤷
Damn your channel is a gem but nobody nowadays watch "real" RUclipsrs unless they have been with them from the start
Yep
Hello.Nothing changes today?
Nope
You say that being closer to the source of your meat made you reconsider your position on eating meat, but that you don't give a fuck about animal cruelty. Yet when it comes to the health reasoning, you seem to have a pretty wishy-washy theory of how, exactly, eating less meat will make you healthier. I know, intellectually, that us humans halting our meat consumption would be the single greatest thing we could do to slow climate change. I, intellectually, care a lot about animal suffering. I continue to eat meat because my convictions do not outpace the deliciousness of bun cha. Clearly this is just a fun video blog where you're actively trying to apply rationale to an emotional impulse, i.e. that you want to eat less meat, but it doesn't sound like you've really figured out the why. Nonetheless, I appreciate your raw uncertainty, and I enjoy your videos.
Well in practice, I am eating less meat, considerably less. It's because I know that eating meat with 3 meals a day isn't something humans evolved with. We evolved as omnivores and it wasn't until the invention of meat refrigeration and salt preservation that it became part of every meal. It's more of an evolutionary take on it and seeing how it's brought to your plate first hand makes you consider your food choices more. This video is more about sharing how living here makes you more conscious of food choices you wouldn't think about living in the west
that mic with the windshield up !
Yeah
Nonsense, chicken wings there blew my mind. I'll pass on eating dog...
How about cat
I don't even know if lane splitting is allowed in this country or not, even thought im Vietnamese. There are law in Vietnam but... we don't obey the law that much in other country like jaywalking or high speed in city. Sometimes police doesn't give a shit. Sorry if i say bad word
I mentioned that in the video, most vietnamese people don't care, I speak enough vietnamese that i'm going to do a video asking random people at stop lights if they have a license or not
Honda Dream Automatic ? What is your motobike ?
I have a custom FTR223 dirt scrambler and I am in the process of modifying my wave S.
Dude, watching you drive around there gives me anxiety. How comfortable are you driving there on a bike?
Define comfortable? I'm good enough to talk cohesively and ride
A video yesterday, and today? I feel spoiled. Looking forward to the next one.
Lol
Exploiting fossil resources... let’s hope, countries like Vietnam will see some progress in electric mobility, too.
Lol the electricity comes from coal
I have bought one Chinese Win for rebuild (it did not move more than a year) just for fun as second bike =) as challenge)
Ok
What happened to your FTR223?
It's getting rebuilt and a ton of custom work. I'm publishing a photo book to go with it. It's going to document the entire build and what we are aiming at
Yeah, this is solid advice to avoid the Honda Win. I got an XR150L for my adventures in Saigon and around.
