Obviously certain things, like gangs and characters weren't conceived in RDR1. However, since RDR2's release, Ive always wondered, if its now implied, given Dutch's location in RDR1, that he recruited the remnants of The Skinner Brothers gang. His gang in RDR1 and The Skinners in RDR2 bare a lot of similarities

As someone who lives in Wyoming, this game made me really appreciate the environment I’ve lived in the majority of my life. The Heartlands really reminds me of home, with the pronghorn and bison and the impressive rock formations. I don’t get to see my state represented much in media, so what little rep we do get means the world. Also, Register Rock, out by an intersection in the Heartlands, is based on Register Cliff and Independence Rock in WY. Those are locations where settlers carved their names.

the mexico that we have in rdr2 is the low poly model of mexico from rdr1 ported to the new game that's why there are roads and tunnels and stuff, all these were present in the original game too

It would be so much better if GTA VI had Undead Nightmare instead. Vice City full of zombies? It would be a much greater setting for a zombie DLC. Undead Nightmare doesn't have to be limited to the Wild West. Theres no better zombie apocalypse than one that takes place in a massive city. Just imagine how Rockstar can utilize GTA VI capabilities. I don't know man, something about zombie aligators running after you seems really exciting.

Molly's betrayal was the worst. Because of her, Hosea and Lenny were killed and the gang was thrown into chaos. Milton says that Micah started talking after they got back from guarma. So for me Molly made the worst betrayal in the game.

I think a reason for no undead nightmare 2 is because RDR1 was more of a spaghetti western. Still, I would've loved to see it, and it wouldn't of ruined what's "canon" and what's not, as it would've all been a nightmare anyway. Or maybe we could've seen something else in the Eastern parts of the map, there just seems to be so much mystery. Something like the early versions of the automobile being built, or more native american storyline. I think it's safe to say we won't get any DLC though...at least for now. We can always hope, though.

We know that RDR2 was rushed in the end due to time constraints. Things like John's character model is Arthurs, due to time limitations to re-do animations as John. You can even see in mission stills that John looked like his NPC model in 1899, only a few years older. Mexico is a shame we were never able to visit. Chapter 5 of the game was always disappointing to me, as it was obvious to see how much potential Guarma had and should've had. All in all, there isn't a game that has this much cut content. All we can do is think of what could've been...regardless RDR2 is the greatest game ever made. It's very unfortunate we will never see any DLC for it.

Boadicea, if it were supposed to exist, is buried in the avalanche were of Lake Isabella (just outside the map). There 3 horses partially buried in the snow there.

So I did some more exploring up there yesterday. And those huge holes they put in those two map locations before the gang reaches Colter, don't add up. Unless they were never there to start with. I've noticed the scenery in cut scene's some times aren't exact match when you're playing the game. That very first map location doesn't have hardly any tree's there now. And it's very close to one of those big holes. The 2nd map location, means the gang would've had to pull those wagons up and down at least one of those big holes.

Right now has been released an update of the mexico expansion. You can have it on a minimap too. Mexico is still a work in progress but you can find: Buildings, railroad with trains, peds, los lobos and mexico army. We only need some collectibles, rare items, animals for hunting and some cash loot somewhere in the map and it is gonna be perfect. Again, it s still a work in progress but has been updated at the end of january 2025 so lets hope modders will fill the gap

Great vid! I don't mind a missing prologue chapter but after there's SO many mentions over the course off the game of the heist gone wrong in Blackwater, i was extremely disappointed we never got to do a flashback mission showing it to us. It's a huge gap intentionally unfilled. I get it's to start us off with Dutch as a leader to get behind, but i would've loved it close to the end of the game, before the finale.

There should be a Blackwater or Prolouge dlc. The money they'd make and the love from their fans they'd receive.

Just to add to your theory. BTW, the video is very good. And does have a ton of important information. But let's add a few things that may have been overlooked. 1. Martsons trail picks up at the tip of Spider Gorge. This is where I think the gang came into the map. The wall at the north end of spider gorge was clearly added later, to keep us from accessing the area outside the map. There's a short path just on the other side of that wall. Also: What part of the map (inside or out) is the area that starts at 8:35 in the video? I've spent a lot of time outside the map up there, but still haven't see that. Also. The waterfall had to be added. Because that trail they took north of the avalanche doesn't have a place where water runs into lake Isabela. It's like the creek just stops at the avalanche. Water doesn't just stop flowing. So I'm not even sure why they added a waterfall at all?

Two counter points I'd like to make, 1. The Pinkertons still most likely would've found the camp in Lakay because Bill wasn't exactly subtle when asking around for the gangs whereabouts. 2. They may have not even ended up in Lemoyne because the only reason they found clemens point is because micah new of that dry creek bed nearby where He suggested they setup camp. Without him to suggest the creek bed for the camp who knows where they would've ended up

There are mods, but there's just so much lore, land & narrative they could have officially made into singleplayer DLC, after RDR2. The period of Arthur's wife & son, John's daughter, John taking his family to the Yukon, the Blackwater massacre, Karen's whereabouts, Undead Nightmare 2, Guarma, Mexico completely wasted & unused!... So much built up community good will at Rockstar has been lost because of Strauss Zelnick & his ridiculous almost sole focus on GTA Online. GTA VI isn't going to bring that back!

Let me explain , i dont think she was expecting a baby , i just think she didnt had control over her emotions and anxiety and thats her only problem , and thats also why she made herself get killed for nothing , she said she ratted when it wasnt even true , just to hurt the gang and expecially Dutch in beaver hollow , but payed for it with her life and honestly i respect Susan for pulling the trigger , those were the rules of the gang and she knew it from the start. Instead i deeply believe in the theory of the 3 bullet shot by John Marston to the strange man.
