    I work as a hyrdo vac operator and I really like doing it. It is literally playing in mud. That truck is pretty small compared to the one I work with, but it is still super cool!

    How much would I earn per hour after the cost of the expenses Ie gas and water, it’s been a nightmare looking I’m hoping someone will tell me, great content !

      And even if you did it could be recoated easily. Much better than a damaged pipe spraying everywhere.

    These single axle units are the best! We’ve used them before in real tight spots. Only question I have is are they safe to run in -40 weather?

      Driving same as any vehicle. Problem you get is trying to keep the plumbing and pumps from freezing. Work with hydrovacers in just -25C is a struggle. -40 you have to spend a ton on fuel for heating, not to mention it is really hard on the equipment and crew. I demand hazard pay for anything below -25C.

    This demo digs in a sandy-soil or loam-type ground. How does it fair with rock-hard clay soil? What are your times digging the same hole with clay soil?

      You have a shitty day at work. Systems lile these require "perfect" conditions but in reality they require a lot of active attention and often more than one guy. 1 man vac truck is great for cleaning manholes and underground utilities but you cant run an excavation with one guy

      Bobby Frechette anywhere from 2000-3500 psi.

      Based on the size of the equipment its likely below 4k. Higher pressure equipment often requires tow-behind pumps to achieve desire pressure

      @@AlbanianThrash well it’s a pto. Pump so I would imagine it can get fairly high unless the vac takes away too much from it
