U had a hard time removing the tire because u need to lay the wheel flat and not on the floor with the axle making it unstable and wobbling I did my tires on a flat surface with the axle going thru a hole and i removed and installed the tires with no tools no zip ties that’s all a waste of time
I wonder if I can put 11-in tires on my Wolf Warrior X Plus which has 10-in tires? 90/65-6 tire size instead of 80/65-6 tire size
It can be fit this size of tire 100/65-6.5 in blade gt
How did you switch from 11 to 10 inch? Did you chamge de rim hub?
@Matteyttor no you don't need to change the rim , just buy a 6.5 tire would fit on 11 inch motor
@@beyondxxth ou okay, thanks for the quick answer bro, it's because idk what to do, I'm getting flat tires every week on my scooter (it's 11 inch tubeless) and I want to switch to Solid tires, but it looks like 11 inch solid tires do not exist, I'm thinking to buy a new motor 10inch and buy 10 inch solid tire, what do you think?
@Matteyttor just buy a puncture proof tire . Make sure your pressure is set to 45, then u won't get any flat

too much cooper . you dont need it all. you can do a double nickel insted, the cooper is good , but for more powefull builds
I just bought a wolf warrior 11 pro plus last week (6/1/24) and the throttle cuts out when it wants and cuts back in randomly. The volts and battery levels are fine. I took the deck off to look at the wiring where the battery is and nothing seemed unattached or unplugged. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be.

hello, i want to buy now a wolf. gonna be a gt or a warrior 11, which one would u recommend? im mostly interested in using it for deep sand off road adventures, where my current measly 4 volts ebike don't even work...
for more power I recommend gt which is 72v and better range too

I broke 2 screwdrivers yesterday and mangled a street tire trying to seat it on the rim I need to order some real tire spoons and try again i'm exhausted.

I’ve got 90/65-6.5 tyres on my scooter it leaks out the rim a tiny bit if I clean the rim and out and put 100/65/6.5 will that stop it the rims and realy buckled
unfortunately I won't I have the same problem with the front motor
Pretty cool. Knowing me, I would try to weld the aluminum box joints with solder or that low temp weld metal stuff that you use with a torch but I see you just used tapes instead..which ain't that bad .

I think torque is fine, I would put a larger tire on the front actually so it's more bearable offroad. I heard of people doing that but I can't find how.

Nice work. Where did you buy the Copper Strap 0.1mm? I tried with similar welder and it won't spot weld.
Aliexpress, but I changed it to copper strap from homedepot I solder it on nickel strap Because it came loose when I hit the curb U can see more on IG @electric.commute

That is amazing how did you manage to get the back bars to slip into the motor with the 2 inner washers in!? I tried and I couldn’t because the back bars would not separate in order for me to slip the motor in so I said screw it and only put in only 1 inner washer and I run it like that. I don’t know if is dangerous to run the scooter like that I made to tighten the nuts though and put blue lock tight on it to make sure it won’t come off it seems extremely stable
So it turns out the 2 inners washers are different just like the front wheel so I that means I was trying to put the back tire back into the swing arms with the wrong inner washers on each side like a dumbass lol but they are supposed to slide all the way in not partially I figured this out because I figured it was a safety issue running the scooter with only one inner washer on the back wheel and also because now that I didn’t have 1 inner washer it was impossible to align the back brake so it was unusable so I went and removed the deck removed the battery and pulled out more of the motor-cable from the chasis now with the battery out of the way so I had room to work with the reinstallation process and figured out that the inner washers are not exchangeable installed the back tire as shown in this video I forgot to put lock tight in it though lol. So thank you very much for your help with this video 😅 Update: make sure to loosen the two bolts on both sides that hold in the back suspension so the swing arm can come more further apart so it’s easier

The resistance of copper vs nickel is less than half so Instead of adding 3 more layers of nickel strap Just added 1 layers copper
