Hi! I’m Erika,
a young woman who loves creating things out of various materials. I like to reuse and repurpose materials and items and feel inspired by the beauty and calmness of nature in my creative process.
I often get asked how I make the things that I make (from drawings to home decor to food). This made me come to the idea to film the process and put it on youtube.
I would like to inspire people to create, no matter what skill level they’re at; use the materials that they can find around them and get creative! But for those who don’t feel like creating I hope this channel might be a quiet place where they can hide from the busy world for a few minutes.

When I finished secondary school, I actually considered studying furniture design for a few months. I ended up not choosing that path since it was more the actual building of furniture that would interest me rather than the design-part of the studies. (At the end I choose a very different study that interested me a lot.) But now that I am starting to have my own tools, space and a small collection of wood scraps, I have to admit that this old interest is calling me again and slowly growing into a passion.
