Famagusta sounds like a spanish city name

Nice video but as a local cypriot living in north i need to correct you on the fact that famagusta is not the ghost city you were looking for. The city is called Varosha/ Marash. It is in the suburbs of Famagusta now. Also you went to the worst places in each city in the North.

Hey, many new travel-vlog videos pop up on my homepage (I plan to start one myself), and I often check them out to see what they do good or bad. So I guess, I wanted to share a constructive critism, in case it might help you out in long term: -Good voice, but you could talk louder, a little bit faster and be more energetic? I know you are trying to do it in style of B&B, and energy and his talking skills are huge part of his success. -Those wide lenses look kinda weird. -I have some ideas around Cyprus that I would use, and your title is good- maybe put capslock on "WAR" or "EDGE OF WAR" and then also on "THIS".. I think it helps a little bit with CTR. Thumbnails aint good, I think its hard to pull off fully raw thumbnails unless you are already big. -Maybe adding an edited piece of content that talks a little bit about the conflict and how it is divided (to provide context), or something that will hook viewers at the start so they keep watching

You went to Ayia Napa at the worst possible time. It's like a ghost town during the winter. You should visit the main cities such as Limassol or Nicosia, they are very lively during this holiday period. If you want to see some life around that area maybe go to Paralimni but I doubt it. Edit: I just saw your new video of your visit in Nicosia, that was the right decision to go there .

“On the edge of war” are you truly hinting that there may be another war in cyprus within this next decade? I think since cyprus joined the EU, all of the eu would actually have to protect it in case of a war, unlike ukraine. So war there doesnt seem a possible thing now. I can accept one day the borders there may change but with them being part of the eu the only way the borders could change would be with formal talks

You should write the name of the town in the description of the video (if you don't want to put it in the title) for those of us who have English as a second language.

That housing estate looks like a caravan park, with the building at the entrance probably being the sales office where you’d go to buy or rent a static caravan or make equiries. Some caravan parks are better managed than this one seems to be it looks more low-cost and maybe under/poorly-managed, with people possibly living there all year round. Though, some parks do shut down at the end of the year.

the housing looks fine, the fences look TERRIBLE!!! they all need to be painted and kept up to look decent.

I go uni just outside the station, there has been mass prayers in the middle of the campus (which is for walking) playing it on their speakers loudly while people in the buildings around it have to listen to it (in library and lecture classes). They have this when they have their own rooms to pray they do it infront of all the students so everyone knows theyre praying. They also have had free palestine protests in the middle of the campus so good luck studying or if youre a jew or a different opinion. In the summer there was a good amount of pro palestine stickers and flags and such and im sick of this agenda being pushed in education centres. There has been numerous emails saying that theres been security beaches because of unsafe sitautions because of these protests. I hate this environment.

Insane recommendation for a video. Super great I love it as an American who’s been to London many times but has never been here. Certainly an interesting perspective and I haven’t even watched most of it.

Is the Tube usually that busy? I've been to London once last year and in comparison to Paris it felt so much calmer.

I live just 10 minutes away from Chippy (the locals call it Chippy). It certainly doesn't have a local reputation for being rough or miserable. I always thought the rest of the country assumed it would be posh and lavish because of the "Chipping Norton Set"when in reality it's simply a nice old market town. Clarkson, Cameron etc all live in giant properties nearby but not actually in Chippy
