Sustainable Energy Outreach Network (SEON) advances the professional development of energy professionals in the region as well as the energy literacy of our citizenry. We focus on sustainable, energy efficient residential buildings and offer courses for builders to become a Certified High Performance Builder.

Who, along with Dr. Mario Molina, theorized that the chlorine from chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) could lead to ozone depletion.
In 1974 they Unveiled the Impact: What CFCs Did to Our Ozone Layer
Up until this time, CFC's were heavily used in spray foam used for insulation
Their groundbreaking research on ozone depletion led to a global movement that halted the use of CFCs in building homes, protecting the environment for future generations.
They were awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1995.
We still have a long way to go,
