Zhongli speaks using an ancient chinese way of the past when there were still emperors. Basically they remove all connecting words like "so" and "to" and "and", making sentences shorter. Translation of all things that Zhongli says: 天动万象 is "sky moves ten thousand scenarios" directly translated(or something like that, it's hard to translate because one character can have so many meanings). It means the sky is changing and causing many scenarios of what will happen to shake or move. It's weird, but I can understand it as I have seen this in chinese literature many times. 此世群魔诸神并起, 我虽无意逐鹿, 却知苍生苦楚, 只愿荡涤四方 护得浮世一隅。means that Zhongli basically wants to live a peaceful life without any trouble, but he cannot and must continue to protect the people.
