A lot of people are forgetting the part where it's later shown that Jeff did care, and did a lot for Hayley. That he loved her, but was flawed like anyone is, and this charade is all so the head alien guy can make himself feel better about how his heart and worldview were broken.

I really really loved this episode. It's kind of crazy how good American Dad used to be.

I love the little alien hiding behind his "Go Majestic" sign. There's so much character in the audience members in this seen.

American dad would’ve been a masterpiece of a show if they didn’t fall in the same route as family guy. All this character development just to be thrown away for a cheap joke. Jeff could’ve been a good character instead of the stereotypical stoner.
