I was having trouble figuring out how to connect the subwoofer to the after market head unit do you know which wires they are? If you find the time it would be a huge help if you could explain or make another short on how to connect those two things. Thank you
@@Kbr7wn I’m pretty sure if you got an aftermarket radio you’ll probably have a dedicated subwoofer cable. Unfortunately my Honda element got crashed into so I’m still repairing the door. But if I do ever get around to the radio again I’ll put out a short. There’s also a bunch of tutorials on RUclips to do so that’s much more in depth than what I can put out. But thanks for your comment!
@ sorry to hear about your car hope youre ok thanks for the reply
Did you ever find out if that button does anything? Can it be programmed to send a Lorawan message?
@@MBI_BOY I’m not gonna lie I was too stupid to even figure out how to use it
Ok I found the video ,, Can you possibly tell me which pin on that ecu side or color of wire ? And also same for glow plug module side ? Much appreciated
Unfortunately I’m trying to smog it right now after a reset so I can’t pull out the ECU harness to demonstrate. I can after smog. But all you need to do is get those needle probes in the glow plug harness and just test the ECU leads where my finger on the video points to, make sure to check if the needle lead has resistance pulling in and out of the connector, mine was loose and I had to bent things to get it working again.
So what was the actual fix? Please describe.
@@TheMaxluna take a look at my channel I posted the fix with a video. The fix was hard to trace, it was actually by the ECU close to the right hand battery tray and there was a harness with a loose pin connection, the harness would seat properly but the Lin connection due to poor connection was the problem.
@@Im_The_Slep hey , thanks for reply I’m having a hard time finding the video . I actually looked through them before I messaged you. There’s so many I just didn’t see the one with the actual repair in it Would you please send me a link ? I’d greatly appreciate it, Pretty sure we have same exact issue.

Have you had any problems with this method? I was gifted a bn20 but I cant find any dummy cartrideges to buy online. I ended up picking the lock and was about to make a jig to fix in the slots but if i can just use this method but with new ink cartridges im probably better off.
Never had any problems with it. Unfortunately I never got to fix the BN20 and scrapped the project all together.
Hi, some questions here. Did you drain the engine oil before this job? Did you have to jack up the engine at the oil pan during the whole process (to remove and install serpentine belt tensioner, engine mount)? How did you re-install the timing chain tensioner afterwards? Did you re-install the harmonic balancer and used it to release the latch on the tensioner or any other way? I'm concerned that the chain might jump.
@@314Draken -engine oil you could drain prior to service. I personally didn’t -when removing the engine mount mounted to the timing cover, you should use a piece of wood or if you have a rubber jack pad use that to spread the load on the jack and prevent oil pan damage. You’ll need that jack there only for removal of the mount and installation. -the timing chain tensioner needs to be compressed and installed compressed with the clip holding the tensioner’s piston in place. When you get it to catch on the two studs, tighten it down. -to release the tensioner’s piston, you can hand crank the motor via the harmonic tensioner’s bolt. You’ll hear a very audible CLICK. Make sure to turn the engine over BY HAND at least twice and check the tension while you still have the valve cover off.

To use linux you need to stop comparing it to windows and delete everything you think you knew about an OS and learn it from scratch. Yes its hard but Linux != Windows. Thats never gonna change. Wish best of luck
Learn how to use command line. Its honestly simpler than windows when you get the hang of it.
sudo dpkg -i filename
I can definitely understand.
Biggest piece of advice for you as someone a bit further down the learning track: when it comes to linux, everything is a command. Everything. Do not default to using the gui on linux, especially debian based versions, like Ubuntu. Yes, this steapens the learning curve, but it is how the system is designed to be used, and works much better when used that way. If you dont know how to do something on linux, its because you don't know the command, and *that's* what you need to google. Also, if you are having trouble installing a package or using some filetype, it is often better to google the filetype instead of the exact program.
@@zorimanar2247 good point. I guess I’ll have to research deeper into using Linux. But I appreciate the feedback. At least I’m not insane. (Not yet)
@Im_The_Slep Hey, you got this. I believe in you.
Its literally stockholm syndrome
> biggest turnoff > Uses Ubuntu Get on Mint Level
@@generalxod5727 is mint really that better? I’ll switch to it if it is 😂
@@Im_The_Slep Mint and Ubuntu are both Debian derivatives, one or the other isn't inherently better, just different. Some differents are better for some people. My advice, you've already installed Ubuntu, stick with it. Learn it. Once you get comfortable, then you can think about switching. The benefits of this are now you have a base line of Linux terminology and the way things kinda work. Learn and grow at your own pace, and how you see fit. Don't fall for all the hype or guilt tripping about X or Y being the better distro. It's all personal preference and the Linux community on occasion likes to push opinion as gospel. Not all do but the vocal few that do make it seem like you should be ashamed for your choices.
I keep trying to switch to linux full time but keep running into small issues that turn into massive road blocks for my use case. With windows I feel like I am tinkering with other things but with linux I am constantly tinkering with the OS. I think I finally have an install that I can make work but I still need windows for certain software and games that I use and play regularly. For those curious because it wasnt explained in the short, you'll need to run 'sudo dpkg - i <path/to/file.deb>' to install .deb packages. Im by no means a linux pro but I enjoy learning it!
@@captainphysic big headache for me who’s trying to learn Linux and within 10 seconds of wanting to install something. Suddenly I’ve hit my head directly into a brick wall 😂 thanks for the advice I’ll take a try at that command.
@Im_The_Slep again, I am no pro, but I'd be happy to help, I work in IT as my day job and am constantly tinkering with stuff. Feel free to reach out if you need more help.
sudo dpkg -i ~/Downloads/steam_latest.deb Your apt probably would work but ./steam_latest.deb is your home folder not your downloads folder

I let it set in PB blaster for a week. It still will not move when I place a teeny screwdriver at the top of the circle gear it has space to go in but on the opposite side there is not enough room to put the screwdriver in. It seems it may be touching that side.
