For cafe owners - how much can you over charge consumers for milk that’s 90% water. Total scam
Yes, you did show the unhealthy ADDED SUGAR content, so thanks, but You FAILED at showing the other unhealthy ingredients, like added oils, and just saying Australia ingredients or how many ingredients it has doesn't mean anything.... So I will go to the company website to view the ingredients.

I’m so shocked abt minor figures, it’s so gooood
So was I - I was shocked and a little sad
Minor figures is woeful. I get a horrid acid when coupled with a strong flat white.
Minor figure is grosss. It always ends up coming out sour af. Disgusting. My favourites are Oatly and So Good Oat Barista edition.
Some oaties don’t steam and froth up… recently Rise released a oat barista blend and it’s no different than their regular oat milk. Scam! Haha
Califia definitely tastes best. Oatly doesn’t steam as well and tastes worse.

I'm a fan of the Oatly Barista, followed closely behind by the Alternative Dairy Co. Both tastes amazing to me, and is light on my lactose intolerant stomach.
You can't go wrong with either of them - both are fantastic!

I agree, long black with Alt Dairy Co goes so well. Shame can't get it from easy retail like Coles or Woolworths.
This is changing slowly - I've seen it on the shelves at Foodland here in South Australia.

Pretty much the same view I have on them. I avoid Minor Figures at all costs - super thin and tastes off. Probably tip the edge to Oatly over Califia in the taste category but Alternative is easily in its own league. Nice review mate.
Thanks for the feedback! Minor figures used to be good when it was the UK version (from memory)..would agree on the edge to Oatly over Califia, could probably have given them 1/2 points in the taste department.
Elmhurst Barista Oat Milk beats all others. Hard to find but I buy it at Sprouts and Central Market in Dallas.
Will have to look out for it in specialty stores over here - thanks for the recommendation!

Great videos so far Jonny! A variation we love making is Gnocchi alla Sorento (same as yours but then baked in the sauce with stringy chunks of mozzarella and basil leaves)
