i just bought MCT oil from better health yesterday, it is made by Garden of Life, although i started my first tablespoon yesterday i just noticed the bottoel only says MCT but did't notice the C8, does that mean it doesn't have it and maybe i should get a different one? and is 1 tbsp per day what i i shoudl do as per on the bottle? or do you recommend more?
John there is no 1 size fits all. C8 (aka caprilic acid triglyceride) is a Medium chain triglyceride. You metabolism can make ketones. Taking MCT can be helpful if one has compromised their metabolism via diet chronically.

you show one brand of MCt8 oil in your video but teh link you have is a different brand. it appears better health has both (where i shop) , is oen better than the other?
I used to believe that the purest was the best. No longer believe that and really anything from coconut oil to any MCT brand is effective.
@@DrKarlGoldkamp-KetoNaturopath oh good to know. i shope at better health and typed in MCT in the search and did see bulletproof brand i there and one bottle that I think is the one you showed in the video not sure the exact brand. but sounds like if i go in there and see any with the coconut oil i should be good. btw, speaking of coconut oil, i have actaully done coconut oil pulling, seems to always strenghten my gux when i do it for a 2-4 days in a week any time my gum recession gets bad on hti sone side of my mouth. always feels great after doign it. coconut oil defintley has some great propreties

I am currently 50.5 years old. 4 years ago i was a little concerned about some thing went to a nurologist.scored 100 percent 30/30 on that test they give you, plus perfect in every other test they do. i also recently had a CT scan done in August of the brain mainly becasue I wen to an ER room as i was worried about my eye and not sure why they wante dto rule out strokes as i had zero symtoms of such but either way it came back perfectly no issues on my brain scan as for mymemory i have always been considered byeveryone to have an amazing memory. i also have very high HDL, low cholestoral overall, very low triglerride level well below 100, and every blood test they give you for your full exam each year was in good range. i do nt smoke, drink, don't do coffee, i heat pretty healty , far more than an average american. i run 3-5 times a week fore a few miles and play lots of volleyball, so i am getting plenty of cardio. the isseus i seem to be worried about, i don't actaully really have issues remembering anything. i don't get lost, i am able to fully do multitaking stuff however , again i a 50.5 i just noticed over the past 3-4 years overall i am not as fast at recalling things the thing i notice the most is that say I am talking to somene, either telling a story about something, or talking about something and out of the blue i can't come up with the name or a person, place or thing or whatever that I know I know 100% and have no reason not to know. normally i can recall it back within 5 seconds, sometims 10 seconds, maybe 30 seconds, sometime a full minute,may even once in awhile3 take 5-10 inutes but i alwayws get it back in to mymrmey and once i do i will remember it for a few days honestly. so that is the primary area of memory , not sure if that is even memory, or where within conginition that is. althoug sometimes i feel totally fine and better, soemtimes it is off.albiet a coupl weeks ago i was up til 3 am and had to ge tup at 7 am and was way more tired than i have been in years , and on that day for teh first time ever i didn't instanly remember a password at work, hasn't happened since though, but again i did not sleep very well at all. then a week ago i got up super early and had a very long day in adition. so these issues have been a little stronger this past week, and came back, but then i think it was a little off for a day but i did have a lot more sugar that day before and seems better now. mainly becasue of family in town for the hoolidays and we went to a gmae got cider/donuts etc.. well anyway. i am aimng to just get a lot more sleep, going to bed earlier than for awhile and i realize for the next 3 days through Thanksgiving it will be difficult to eat my best, but after tha ti will be going back to mynormal good diet. at any rate, do you tink the MCT8 oils will make me see a good diffrence? i plan on gettin git anyway as soon as my family goes back out of town and doingit but i alwo have taken lyons main, andfocus factor . but it hink this oil may helpmore. just curious

I think you are right. I can’t remember what it was, but one health guru was describing some kind of side effect from taking collagen peptides in large amounts.
what about suplementing CDP-choine or aplha-GPC? If im eating 3-4 eggs a day can i still suplement upper tolerable limit form dietary choilne is 3500mg while RDI is around 500 mg so, its 7 times as much, in the end of video you said 4 times as much will not be good, and overall to much can cause over methyletion how to getn b12, folate and choliene levels right, do we just need whats is stated in cronometer as RDI, or more?

This makes so much sense. I know I’m IR, and was an athlete. I was healthy and overweight. But as soon as I slack off on my weightlifting, I eventually gain weight fast as heck. I do wish there was a quick healthy way to drop weight, but that’s never gonna happen. Back to weights.

Everything is good ... the question is for what, for who, and in what context. It is highly insulinemic, meaning it directly increases you inuslin. So for some people who have insulin resistance it woul be a problem. for body builders who don't care about that it is fine.

What is your critique of the longevity program that the multimillionaire, health influencer on RUclips by the name of Bryon Johnson who is teaching millions of people around the world with his BluePrint program and his mantra of “Don’t Die”? What do you think of his daily routine? Other medical doctors on RUclips have critiqued his life style. Dr. Joy Kong MD has critiqued his video on stem cell therapy.
It includes a lot of truths. I really don't have anything negative to say except it is clearly not available or affordable to 99.9% of people. covering deficiencies, parabiosis clearly is effective and has been experimented with of 100s of years only now it is far more precise. In terms of what he's 'selling' is primarily his supplement line (drinks etc.). It is absolutley for the uberwealthly. When you consider people (humans) died from 3 factors : killed in more or hunting; poor nutrition; and disease (parasites, viruses, bacterial, fungal) and infections, his plan mitigates 2 out of 3 of those.
Mr Johnson is my opinion is a nut job who is very fearful of dying. I don't care how hard he tries he WILL die. He doesn't look any healthier than anyone else his age who doesn't do all the CRAZY things he's doing like taking over a hundred supplements a day. Time will tell but he could actually be making his life span shorter. The fact that he needs to get stemcell injection because of bad shoulders if I recall correctly tells me he probably needs more meat and less vitamins. At the end of the day no matter how much money you have death is the great equalizer 🤔

Suffice? that depends on your specific need. It is a good source though.
I have two to three oz of raw liver almost daily and always two raw egg yolks to start my eating window off 4 hours between 12 and 4:00.
Is it safe to consume them raw? And why do you prefer raw over cooked? Thanks.
@Anonymousey44 yes it's safe to eat them raw as long as they come from a reputable supplyer I've heard and always believed that when you cook food you diminish the nutritional value so I try to eat all my foods as close to raw as possible.
