After a long break I am back with a new project. Mordheim is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. A short video on how I use a texture on top of caulk and tile grout. This a great way to get texture on game matts or other large areas. I downloaded the texture roller from the web for free. I am using these for matts and raised areas for a Mordheim table.

I have started working on some items to play games during the French and Indian War. The figures are from Blue Moon while the 3d printed items are my models that I am working on.

During the summer I have had a chance to go back and rebase my 2mm figures for "Strength and Honour". Now I just need to play a game.

I wanted to make a travel board for Gaslands. My nieces and nephew love to play and this will be an easy board to travel with. There is lots of great info out there on making Gaslands into a micro game. I recommend you check out the Facebook paged dedicated to this subclass of Gaslands.

I have the board or map of the 1st day section of Gettysburg complete but I want to add some dimension to the town of Gettysburg. I modeled some simple buildings in Tinkercad to fit the town blocks to add this detail.

Our 8th grade class will be traveling to Gettysburg this spring for a visit. I plan to go over a few lessons with them on the American Civil War and also play a 1st day scenario with them. This is the start of a series of videos on that project. We will be using a homebrew set of rules for this game.

I decided to model a simple painting handle. I find it fits in my hand well and will certainly help when I paint my figures. I glued a 1/4" magnet on the top because all my models are based on some sort of magnet base. I also modeled a stand for the handle to sit in while it dries. Patrick at EastCoast Ironclads modeled this lovely steamboat based on the Bertrand. It's the largest model I have ever printed and I used my Mono X to do so.
