How is this a year old?

Finished the game once. I love mythology. I read into whatever I take interest in. Greek. Norse. Japanese. Thanks to this I delved into Chinese mythology as well. I read journey to the west as well. Read up all the in game lore. And I loved it. Here to understand it even better so that I can be sure I didn’t lose any information to translation. You explain it at a good pace and very in depth which I love. Keep up the great work.

I'm just at the end of chapter two, and I'm just getting familiar with the JTTW lore and game's story, but I think (and might be completely wrong) it's possible that the Destined One is actually Sun Wukong reincarnated with no memories, looking for his 6 senses? Plenty of characters and bosses seem to recognise the Destined One as Wukong from many years ago.
