I’ve had a thing for Eric Burdon since I was 9 years old and finding this interview is gold. Saw the new Bob Dylan film “Complete Unknown” when it released last week and realized Dylan didn’t even register on my radar as a child and young teen…it was just Eric Burdon.

I've listened to him since I was 10. His songs always carried meaning. I really like these interviews witn great musicians because I see them as being family. I will never get tired of listening even if I don't know them personally.

A couple of years ago I was living in Sacramento, CA and saw Eric and the Animals, at an outdoor place on a warm summer's evening. Oh man, he's still got *IT*!

Saw the Animals live in Brisbane Australia wayyyy back in 1965/66 . My first concert; loved Eric then and still do. Great talent and SMART !

AAAAHHHHH Eric Burdon is one hell of a sexy beast of a man. I dont even care what he is saying, just as long as he keeps talking. So we know how he affects women but his singing voice is fantastic on top of everything else.

I went to see Eric at a small club in San Fran in the 90's. His voice & song choices were excellent. Loved it.

I’m white, so my opinion may be very off, but this is the first time I’ve ever heard a white man use the N word and it didn’t seem racist. Maybe because he’s English and doesn’t have the history with that word that an American does. I got the feeling he respected his band mates and saw a connection between them based on how they grew up.
