Bro.. front derailleur ka spring bahut tight h...naya cycle h.. mechanic ne bola ki time ke sath vo loose ho jaega.. upshift karte samay thumb lever bahut tight h abhi.
Ok dekho thoda din agar nagi loose hua to wire naya dalo full oil laga ke shifter se ekdam free hona chahiye

My derailleur is upshifting (not so greatly) but i have to press the thumb shifter so hard that it hurts my thumb.
Change the gear cable it will work easily
