Charcoal that's a shame

Hey Bruh I hope all is well. That was a nice cook on your chud box. How well do you like it for direct heat cooking? I am having a charcoal grill added to my Shirley build and was thinking about maybe designing a chud like grill for it. When I was in high school I built lots of grills similar to a chud but different design and wanted your honest opinion on how it works and cooks.

Great video, but PLEASE, just take that back membrane OFF! You can score it, sure, but it's just trash eating in the end. Why?

Great video! My only criticism would be that you open and leave the doors open way too long. The longer they are open, the more the smoker has to work to get back up to temp! Open it up to add wood, and shut that thing back down! You can dramatically reduce a cook time by simply managing this, otherwise, great video!!!
