Carpio had done an excellent research work Depending Philippine Rights in the West Philippine Sea and this was a perfect presentation to convince not only the United Nations but the whole world. Masama ang nangyari sa ating bansa na ang naging presidente ay walang pakialam sa ating WPS napakahina ng kanyang utak ngunit malakas ang loob pero hindi nya naipaglaban ang WPS duwag din pala siya husto lang sa yabang doon siya magaling .mabuti nalang.
