I need help anxiety depression
Yes
What I do is. Oh maybe it’s because they’re sick, oh did I get them sick? Are they annoyed of me? Even if they are it’s my fault for annoying them. Are they okay? Did I do anything wrong? What if they are sick or can’t come and feel bad for canceling, it’s my fault for planning it in the first place, if I wouldn’t have they wouldn’t have felt bad for canceling. What if they never cared in the first place? No they’re a good person? It’s all my fault Then I get exhausted of thinking of all the scenarios and reason Oh yeah it’s all my fault screw me, I don’t feel like thinking anymore, I’m sorry everyone for being alive. I feel so bad for becoming their friend I’m a bad person they deserve so much better, screw me. The end. Literally my thought process based on real thoughts I’ve had in a single situation just with maybe a few thoughts here and there removed.
Hi, Hey You are making amazing video content. I just watched the video and your video quality is appreciable. I am so impressed by your content. I was analyzing your channel and noticed that you are struggling with video views and videos ranking. May I share some tips on how you can achieve your goals

Buddha is the answer . You seem to create these issues by thinking to much . Empty your mind , No Me No Mine = No Suffering. " I'm so happy " When you become Nothing you become Everything . Love and peace
Great - thank you! Kimberley, would you have a link for your cookie recipe? 🍪
I did not know how much I needed this, thank you
🥳🥳
Thank you Kimberly as a health anxiety sufferer this is exactly what I needed😊
Thanks! So needed this. And I loved seeing your dog too.😊
Thank you so much for this! Even after 2 hospital births, my husband’s cancer journey and multiple dental visits, the medical setting still gives me major anxiety.
This dr was impossible to listen too - good grief
Really helpful, thank you so much ☺️
Thank you for posting this helpful advice Kimberly! I have been struggling significantly with this over the past few days as have many I know. My mindfulness practice has helped, but I have also noticed an increasing difficulty just staying in the present moment because of all the ruminating over the what ifs and why questions. I'm taking a complete news media break today, and will make sure to limit my intake going forward as you suggest. I'll also continue working on embracing uncertainty, staying present, and staying active. Thanks!
I feel I might be crazy. Psychosis, I think.
I am out of work 9 months with clinical depression. I hope you can help with your expertise please
This has to be the most important videos/podcasts I have ever learnt. This is going to be my new mission. Thank you soo much 🙏 Let’s be honest Kimberley has such a beautiful and kind hearted soul, incredible ❤️
I was self blaming for everything. I need to be perfect, I need to be kind, etc. when i can’t achieve that, then I self blaming. It’s suck. I was depressed in my 20s. People see me fine, smile, happy but tbh I’m extremely self critical. Then i saw it was my parents. I said I’m not that stupid, I’m kinda good but my mom just mocked me. It was devastating. How can you say that to your own child, no wonder I was so low self esteem as I grew up. It was so sad. How I wish I could tell the younger me everything is fine, it’s not your fault.
You can though. You can tell yourself exactly that. That younger version of you is definitely still in there. You can talk to her. Try it :)
I was addicted to my anti depressant & anxiety meds for years..that when I quit I actually developed a fear of taking medication..even as simple as Ibuprofen. I have a fear that it will cause me to have a panic attack..
thank you
A really great episode and I can relate so much! Will definitely be trying the 5-4-3-2-1 tip and what’s in my control check list 🙌🫶
That was a fantastic podcast as all of Kimberly's. Thank you so much for the work you do. I am not taking it for granted!!!
Holy shit paul stop victim blaming her!! Misogynist!!!

First off Theo sleeping was very relaxing!! 😂 Very very informative! I can relate to a lot of these pitfalls and I’m going to use the different strategies you discussed to not make those mistakes. ❤
Theo is the best therapy dog! :) I am so glad you enjoyed it
Looking forward to seeing this later! ❤
Can anyone tell the cure for this? I have starring ocd
the cure is acceptance
@@5A1 thanks for commenting. I mean though I accept it it makes a lot of issue whenever I give my exams and all. Anything which I can practice to reduce it ?
@@YogishNayak-t7s what i discovered recently is to practice getting rid of your social anxiety first than after you practice accepting that this is apart of you and it will happen and you can barely control it. most of the problem is its a mindset thing
@@5A1 ok thank you. I am trying my best to avoid it and yes I can sometimes control it.
在中国许多人都有这种情况,在社交平台上的浏览量达数百万,我们将它称为余光恐惧症
Thank you so much. I love how chill Theo is on the sofa.
Thank you for this isn’t engaging with the thought making them worse?🥹
Thank you so much ✌🏻💚
I am 26 years old and i have known about my social anxiety from a very small age. I cant imeagine how it was to live with this without knowing until 40s. But like Natasha said even when you know about it, its so hard to neglect it! Because our brain works diffrent when we see faces of other people. All my life i have been feeling all the things natasha said. I will buy the book soon
im on my last couple ounces of hope. please pray for me
The problem it's so bad I can't work half of the month. What job is going to put with that
What can I do about checking my doors 15 times per nigh
I think that's moreso OCD
Great video
Man this thing is driving me crazy fr i'm even scared of traveling with public vehicle coz it gets worse when i do i hope there is a way to get rid of this thing am 19 btw and it just started few months ago i really want to go back to my normal life fr. The worst thing is when i stare at a person next or infront of me i usually get negative thoughts about him/her
I have a question about OCD. Is it possible to plan something "consciously," while _subconsciously_ you don't actually plan to do it? For example, *_in the moment,_* you "consciously" plan to hit or spit on someone, but _subconsciously_ it is not your intention/chosen action?
Great video!
What is "GAD" Please explain
GAD means general anxiety disorder. Is it correct?
GAD means general anxiety disorder. Is it correct?

What is self compassion?
i really loved this video. it made me feel less alone and honestly its super difficult having to make eye contact with people when struggling with this. its not as bad as it used to be before, but it still does affect my life on a daily basis.
does this also apply to feelings and moods?
