When I worked at Wendy's we called the Chili Meat, "Pan Meat". It was the leftover meat from the Grill every day that wasn't sold to a customer as it got too dry, too cooked, etc. You threw it into a pan at the end of a shift and then threw it in the fridge and the next morning chopped it up to be used in the chili.

And that's exactly why it's soooooo good!!!

I always find their chili very watery.
