Marty would have died on the spot crashing the Delorean into the cinema. First responders would get radiation poisoning by the plutonium and die horribly. This all would make Doc decide to never ever build the time machine. With this decision non of the above did occur so the first responders were fine. . In this scenario Doc dóes build the time machine and we start with the opening credits and the loop starts again.

If Napoleon comes with his army, he wins. They have guns. It's the Targaryen conquest all over again. If he doesn't, but has a contemporary army, you can't say he wins, because he was all about the technological innovation of artillery and mobilizing the resources of the modern state. Napoleon took over the military forces of a nation that had a long-established tradition of military excellence and training systems at the many fine military academies established centuries before, and now augmented by the universal conscription introduced by the French Revolution. Like many military geniuses, including Frederick of Prussia and Alexander of Macedon, he benefited from the work his predecessors did to establish the military force he would lead to glory. Napoleon being plunked down with an army in Westeros without all the infrastructure and support systems isn't going to be able to do what he did IRL. Maybe he can still win but military science is not like a video game where you can upgrade your faction to a later era and absolutely dominate those of prior ones. There's a whole lot more to military leadership than where to move the troops.

Doc managed to create a time machine in 1885 using a train and steam, how long do you think it would take him to find a way to power the De Lorean.. Marty wouldn't need to stay too long in 1955, but that time would undoubtedly have to be somewhere away from Hill Valley for the reasons you mention.

After dropping out of "Batman Forever", Michael Keaton did the movie "Speechless" in 1994. That movie also starred Chris Reeve, and I just discovered a scene the two of them share together. They had great chemistry. Seeing them in a scene together...it's like slipping into an alternate reality!

And the castle would either be destroyed or become a tourist attraction These are just my thoughts on what happened to the staff if the curse was never lifted, honestly it’s really sad to think about that 😢
