Just switched my Surge Protector over to the Gen II ... Liking it so far ... Did not have any connectivity to see what was going on previously ... Definitely like that I can see it ... Will see how it works while we are in Vegas/Tucson over the next 10 days

We loved our watchdog as well. Gen II is awesome - we'd totally upgrade to it if we were still rving 😊

No need for this over-bloated device. Just install a surge breaker in your panel. Then all the superfluous functions of this xternal device can be bypassed.

I also use the PowerDog system. I love them.

I jumped from the Buffalo Trace video to this one after much time away from RUclips. Glad to see there is some consistency with our initial fears compared to yours, both past and present. I’ve had my first jeep for just over a week no ducks yet however it either sits in my drive way or it’s out on trails.

I visited Buffalo Trace, Wild Turkey, and Woodford Reserve a few weeks ago. All were distinctly and uniquely impressive. Glad to see you guys are still on the road. I'm the guy whose retirement send off you happened upon at Common Bond Brewery in Montgomery, AL a few years back. Needless to say, retirement remains subsantially underrated! Safe travels.

This all started with a beautiful Canadian woman, Allison Parliament who back in 2020 ducked her first jeep in Bancroft Ontario Canada (my home town) the beautiful Allison passed away June 22, 2024... There is a whole story behind how she started the movement, unintentionally started the movement. within 4 days it had taken off into the states. It is all Jeeps, if you like or love them, you give them a duck. I do not drive a jeep, sadly, always wanted one (one day I guess, maybe when my children are grown lol) but, we will be making some ducks to leave on jeeps... Always be kind and share a smile!

Welcome to Michigan I didn't realize you were coming otherwise I would have been at the border to say hi. Not joking okay choking a little. It's good to see you came to the UP in the fall. In the spring of the bugs are horrendous. I live in the greater Grand Rapids area in a small town called Comstock Park. Been to the UP over a 80 times in my 62 years. And I haven't scratched the surface up there find something new every time. I've walked the Mackinac bridge 18 times now over Labor Day that's a must do for your bucket list. And you said that's a different little walkway in the Middle of the video pretty normal for Michigan Owen walking on the rocks like your husband was doing. They don't normally stop us from doing it. But they don't like us doing it. The last couple years they've been blocking off these walkways on the piers during high winds and water apparently they don't want us drowning. So little FYI Lake Superiors is never warm.

We never made it to Michigan- looks beautiful there. Can't believe they get into such cold water! F that, lol. Thanks for bringing us along 😁

Great video! You are the pasties the correct way on how they are then in the coal mines and copper mines. My grand grandfather ate them slot from my great grandmother. He worked the copper mines up in the U. P. Calumet where my mom was born. I love pasties. It depends on who makes them. They taste like pot pies. Nice you met up with friends to go kayaking. Ya usually the water is cold up there if it’s on the cool side. That’s why I live the lakes. You can see Rick bottom. No sharks in them waters. Hope you had a great time. On our way home from Canada, our air conditioner compressor seized, causing the serpentine belt to break. Had to be towed to a Freightliner facility in Hartford, CT, 47 miles away. Was there for 10 days waiting for parts and labor. If you have to break down, Hartford is a good place.

They Pasties did look a little but it reminded me of a Kraut burger.

No chance I kayak with my wife ... first of all I almost sunk the first kayak I got in and she wants to lead every time we dance.

We have been broke down in Hartford, CT, for over a week. Our dash A/C compressor seized and shredded the belt. Got all new parts except for the expansion valve, which is on a two month back order crom Tiffin, so we are stuck here trying to get back to Florida.
