Thanks for this great info Dr. Bough! I used to use The Tuning CD made by my colleague Richard Schwartz when we were students in Boston, but now there are so many great apps (Tonal Energy is the best!) I put it through a bluetooth speaker or even headphone to match with. Great reminder that this is a nice opportunity to work on intonation and cultivating mindfulness and ease in our playing.
tuningdrones.com is a good free online drone to check out and you can do different drone combinations.
