I read somewhere on those torque air dryers people complain about excessive moisture if you would share your experience cause I might need to buy one soon just to be sure if torque works good thats all

if you drain your air tanks daily, you won’t have any problems with that. Some people don’t do anything and hoping that air dryer filter will get it all.

It’s a gasket lube, usually included with the filter. It helps the gasket slide smoothly onto the housing during installation and creates a tight, leak-proof seal.

I’m not sure. They might move it to a different location. It could be above the pedals, and the sensors look a little different.

@ clean it from what? It shouldn’t be dirty. Usually only water gets there. If you have oil or coolant, then you have problems with air compressor.

Hello. It’s a standard filter removal tool. Any truck parts store should have it. Just measure filter or bring it with you when you’re ready to buy one

Is that with the part included, or just labor? I can’t tell you the exact cost of the part, because I don’t know how much it would be for your engine but labor is usually between 4 to 6 hours.

It would be better if you called your local dealer, gave them your VIN number, and asked for the price of the part. For an exact replacement cost, I would need to see it in person. Sometimes bolts snap, and other times it goes easy. If everything is perfect, it takes 3 hours; if there are complications, it can take up to 6 hours(shouldn’t be more) and after all it depends on shop rate. Our rate is $95 an hour.

Any time brake chamber is failed you can do that. To prevent frozen brakes you can add brake antifreeze into system so you won’t have that problem

To me, looks like your EGR valve is not working properly or might be a leak somewhere. There are tests for that that you can do through PTT(Volvo software)

Yeah those are two different things. Don’t replace randomly. If it’s still working fine then don’t need to replace it. If it was never replaced and your truck is around 500k miles and you have money for it then I would replace it so you don’t have to deal with it later.
