Yeah it’s about to get a full suspension overhaul / coilovers adjustable arms ect the full works currently the car only poodles a mile and a half each way to work

@@professionalr3t4rd I imagine you could get a cheaper log manifold turbo setup and see a reliable 300hp I would however just refresh some things, maybe just timing chain, and full service, ect, as long as the car has been serviced regularly these engines tend not to care about the mileage, Though dependant on what you want, I would consider buying a k24a3 to drop in, some bolt ons and a tune on that engine can make 260hp na or turbo they’ll handle a reliable 400hp And you can pick the k24a3 engine up for as little as £350 sometimes, You only need a side mount for the k24 I believe most other things are interchangeable but we will let you know for certain when we further this project

@@TorqueSport. PS5s i have on my ST180, seriously very good in the wet and dry, really good tbh. GTR has PS4S, Subaru has Michelin Cup 2 connect, definitely need good tryes.

@@jagat1238 of course, most of the kits are multifitment between k20-24 I’m sure you could run 350-400 on a small turbo setup on a stock motor fairly reliable, 350 happily all day and it would most probably improve the mpg too

They are quite low compression I believe so would handle small boost reliably

Yes, everything will work on the stock hardware. Although this particular car has a full downpipe back 3” exhaust and an ITG panel air filter upgrade

@@DanDiMaggio hahaha, don’t be silly it’s fine mate, I would have though they will be safe for up to 400nm surely, but any good reputable tuner will be aware of the limits set by the dct and shouldn’t be pushing the limits anyway, I would just stress you want a good safe power level for longevity

100% go here, they won’t push the car unreliably, have incredible customer service and aftercare which from experience, it’s priceless! Not only that In a Pre Lci cooper s, you’ll see circa 270hp and around the 400nm range It transforms the car completely Also in regards to the exhaust, this was a custom job we made ourselves so it’s a stock downpipe into bolt on 2.5” res delete then post res delete its 3” all the way back into a very small backbox. I will also add that we are in no way paid or sponsored by Hybrid Tune, we just love to A) support a local business B) also they are just great at what they do especially with the mini engine b48 ect, given they race in the mini challenge they know the cars inside out

Is that motorway tho? 😂I have mine 285bhp with only kn air filter an can only manage 32 mpg, saying that I just took that map off an put the jcw software on still the same tho

@@whiteenglishknight9861 both of us either own or have owned these and I found average town mpg is 36+ no matter how you drive but most of the time I saw 42+ with 50 plus on a run

Apparently fuel economy is meant to go up as with the added torque it’s easier for the car to pull, which uses less fuel. Obviously if you’re giving it full beans fuel economy will dip indefinitely 😂

@@harrygunning616yeah 100 less throttle percentage required for more efficient power, the curve on the strat 2 device hybrid use with their software keeps the stock power curve just with greater numbers
