I love 6K FF. ATM I own 3 cinema cameras and I’m going to have to sell at least one of them. C70 is the first contender. Better built, more featured body. Built in ND’s and functioning AF are great additions. The battery life is so much better also. Screen not so great. Image is different but just as filmic. It’s definitely softer and only 4K. You can get one nowadays for similar money to the 6K FF. Second one is Sigma FP. I believe it has the same sensor as 6K FF but it’s used slightly different. Somehow it’s much better in low light. Body is tiny in comparison. 1/3 of the weight. CinemaDNG instead of the braw, so massive files and limited fps. It’s not going to be a straight forward selection process. Great video btw.

I wanna give this one a shot, but my 6k pro has the built in ND and the full frame sensor just doesn't feel like w good enough reason to upgrade.

Bought one last year and agreed, it's incredible! I really believe this camera went under the raider though and in like 10+ years will have a cult following of people who adore an old full frame cinema beast.

For a brand new deal of 1500$ this was the best camera one could have purchased.

why is it that i experience really bad banding in low light even with super low iso ?

Reddit brought me here. I was the guy that wants Built in NDS 😂 Another thing that makes me wanna buy this was the lens mount! I have the OG EF 2.5k and the MFT pocket 4k. The L mount just gives me even more options. Unfortunately, my pocket 4k has an HDMI issue. I got mine from the first shipment of cameras, cus I reserved it the second they announced it at NAB. It’s made me lots of money and paid itself off just from rentals. GREAT CAMERA. So I’m sniffing around for an upgrade. I’ve been very patient!

Love this video, but disagree about not needing a monitor. The focus peaking tools can be tricky to use when in open gate, its easy to miss focus due to the aspect ratio of the screen. In open gate the black on the side of the screen makes the image a lot smaller then say on the P4K or P6KG2/Pro. It definitely worth investing in a 7inch light weight monitor. Again, Love the video! ❤ On a side note, Blackmagic have been incredibly slow at updating the firmware for this model, the current beta firmware from last year can break the card reader. The Pyxis seems to be getting more features (more shooting resolutions and desqueeze options for anamorphics). Which I find a little disconcerting, feels like they are abandoning it some what.

Hi buddy. I hope you find it 🙏. Nyc is such a Hostile place for a motorcycle ! I called every storage facility to ask about storing my well decrated (with expensive imported aftermarket components) and Powdecoated OEM parts 2019 CB1000-R. No storage place would allow indoor vehicle storage so I moved out the city to idaho where indoor storage is allowed at $42 a month for a 5x10 size unit. I will be bringing my bike next april in a cargo van so i can keep it inside and sleep next to it overnight

I have my grandfathers Zeiss-Opton Sonnar 50 2.0 from his 1952 Contax lla. In recent weeks, I have acquired the adapters to connect to my Canon R6m2 and M50m2. What an experience and great lens. First trip with it next weekend.

You have to assume the most likely happened..which you mentioned..a couple flakes hopped out and tossed it on a flatbed..but it didnt get ridden..probably didnt even get taken on a brief joyride. Not that it's a silver lining but unless a random person on the street purchased it with cash, the best case scenario for them is they parted it out and make a few hundred dollars. Let's be honest..this instance was not the first and lone time lifting a bike. They've probably been able get CBRs and GIXXs running..i mean, it isn't difficult to. But like my 899, your immobilizer put an end to them thinking they'd enjoy your bike, even if they were only going to briefly joyride it. Again, there's no bright side to this..everything about it is awful. Sidebar: Your Duc was stolen..so what?..you'll get another Duc..a better one. And by better, i mean, you yourself will make it better. I'm saying..get a 959. Off the top of my head..a single sided swingarm. Blinding LEDs front and rear. Rizoma rearsets. All riders know what they like..their preferences..so there's no need for me to say anymore. The hardest choice to make, though..what color......................hmmm

I'm a long time Ducati owner. Wow, what a dumb video. First you talk about running from the police. Are you a criminal? Then you show the burn-out lasting forever and likely on public property. The waste there is really stupid. The marks left on the walk-way are probably illegal. That music is way overdone. Conversation was ok.

What about the Visor having NO Detents anymore? My older gen Star Carbon does. Full open only? Do you get enough slow traffic venting with it unlocked and barely flowing air? EVERYONE says this is the downside. Id jump on it now if they had detents again.....gonna do A Stars R10 or X15 Shoei now BC Bell messed that up big time and the latter brands are only ones doing Photochromatic (Must have!). If AGV did Transitions lens on its Pista id go that route.....but they only do the it on the lower models.....Sheesh

The Black Magic cinema cameras gets no love Ive had the pocket I currently own the 2.5k.micro4/3 and 4k EF and even the app is incredible on Iphone without the dynamic range of the cameras of course my Friend has the 6k it still gets no love its intentional even resolve is one of the best editing programs

It's amazing we have literally the same taste in bikes, the Monster 696 was my 2nd bike after I learned how to ride on an old 70s yamaha, after the Monster i wanted cooler styling and more power and went with the Streetfighter 848 as I got bit by that Ducati bug. I was close to selling my SF848 this fall and getting a Monster 1100 as I missed the riding style and height of the Monster but decided to keep the SF instead. I had the same thought regarding those 2 bikes about heavy clutch, not liking low speed...great video. love the 959 and great insight on owning it day to day.
