You installed the battery incorrectly - the tape should be UNDER the battery. Then, whenever the battery needs changing, it can be easily removed by simply pulling the tape.

Wait....6 x AA batteries aren't rechargeable.

You have 2 charging options: 1: The USB Dock. It is 27 1/2 inch. plug the small dock into the helicopter dock. The put the other end into your computer's USB dock. Option 2: Side the left side of the bottom of the controller, Then pull out the VERY small wire, then plug it in to the same port of the helicopter as you use with option 1. Charging takes approximately 5 minutes. for option 2 slowly put the wire back in and slide the door back close. No probs! :)

This helicopter is pretty good, got it from toycube.com Its a little hard at first but you will get use to it. verry powerfull and is able to go farther than u can see from the controller. The only problem is that I cannot find spare parts. I allways like to have backups incase sompthing breaks. But for now i orderd two, one for messing with and the other for spare parts.

Got one from toycube.com. The thing is a breeze to fly! Mine arrived in perfect condition, and with 3 days of flights w- no crashes the helicopter stopped lifting off & the controller was acting crazy, even after a battery change. Found out the lower rotor shaft has slipped out of place and was not rotating at full speed. A small piece of duct tape has secured the rotor shaft back in place.

well I charge mine with my computer's USB port and it takes about 40 minutes to charge it up completely. A full charge gives you about a 7 to 10 minute flight time. after a flight though it is best to let the motors and the batteries cool down for about 5 minutes before charging it again. Hope that helps. Also it is best to not charge from the controller as it eats your batteries up faster

Orange Squash 69 is correct... But the deluxe models are 14 to 16 ft. This one is just the entry level model
