The Fake Wasp
Добавлен 16 апр 2017
My channel is a mixture of mostly railway films (steam, diesel, electric. narrow gauge in the UK from 2002 or earlier if a sideshow presentation). It also includes other subjects which fascinate me such as Lepidoptera/other insects, Solar/Lunar Eclipse events plus miscellaneous videos are included such as pets and even a few circus performances. Great to share with other rail enthusiasts, entomologists etc. or simply family and friends. I have been a still image photographer (mostly railways) since the late 60s but my interest in video recording is relatively recent (2002). Of course if you enjoy watching any of the videos there are plenty more to view so please subscribe.
Please note that ALL films are copyrighted to Graham Smith so if you wish to share or use material please ask first. Of course if you wish to subscribe to my channel please go ahead.

Well done, Graham. Bath is truly Historic!
Well the city is but there were coal mines in the fields at Newton Meadows in Victoria times and the embankment is actually made out of the spoil. .
Earlier example of recycling?
@Pjs75 Yes, it is.
Great to see the black 67 in charge of the tour
Yes, it does look very smart.
I Went on the 3rd and it was a great day out.
I'm glad you enjoyed it despite two of the steam locos not being able to continue on Sunday afternoon as well as no freight workings on the 3rd. At least 1450 put on a great show both days which made it such an enjoyable gala.
Went to the Avon Valley Railway a few years ago and have alwasy wanted to go back. Looked like a brilliant weekend.
I am glad you enjoyed the railway. Like most other railways, the only thing that is coming up in the near future are the Santa and Mince Pie specials if you intend visiting soon although the GWR tank will probably have long gone.

I must admit I hadn't noticed it. Thanks for pointing it out and very well spotted.
@@thefakewasp503yes I noticed that it locked up
Why has nobody commented?
Isn’t it the boiler certificate that has expired that’s made the loco to bow out

Well I don't know if it was there before but it is certainly at the Avon Valley Railway now and was transported there over a week and a half ago. There are no BR emblems on the side tanks yet. It was supposed to have undertaken tests at the SVR first but they may have done some on the AVR instead. The autocoach is also at the AVR after arriving last week for the gala.
@@thefakewasp503hasn’t it because the loco had the GWR logo on the side
