I’ve loved this band since 2004, and the 2014-present day era is actually my favorite at this point. There’s versions of The High Road, Chalk Outline, Riot, and Animal I Have Become which just have Matt’s voice dubbed in and for the last few years those have been my go to versions of those songs.

I don’t have any problems with Matt I think Adam and Matt are both awesome as long as they keep the band rocking!

Matt really is a fantastic vocalist in his own right, but I would almost prefer that they only played songs recorded post Adam Gontier leaving. It just doesn't sound right with him doing Adam's tracks. Doesn't mean he's not great, those songs were just made to compliment Adam's voice. Songs like Animal I Have Become and I Hate Everything About You require Adam's voice to have the full effect. In my opinion anyway.

All of Matt's original songs are great, I don't think I was too fussed hearing Matt cover some of Adam's personal songs.. obviously he can sing them great but Adams vocals will always be better for those songs as he wrote them in times of struggle but glad to see 3DG still doing Adams songs regardless

okay, I have some real critique and not just hating on matt because Adam left. I think the problem lies within the songwriting. I think that Adam was a truly amazing songwriter and Matt or whoever is writing their songs now just isn't on par with it. The reason I say this is because when Matt saying the mountain it was awful. but when he sang home, holy shit. You could feel every word of that song. I was blown away. he actually strikes me as a true 3 days grace fan who has respect for the old songs.
