A few months ago I purchased a 2019 V90 T5 with 14,000 miles (one prior owner). It is in great condition and drives well, but it has a bit of a problem with water intrusion, likely from a failed rear sunroof panel weatherstrip. This is repairable, of course, but I suspect that it will be somewhat costly. This is a known issue, so I suggest that you check for water beneath the spare tire following a heavy rain.

We just drove one (the 6D) for a week in Sardenia. We ask for a Jeep Compass, but we got this one. I might say we were not all dissaponited. The car drove indeed OK. Even in all those hillies roads in Sardenia.

Rented this for a week in Italy, never heard of it (like to the point I thought the rental guy said I would get a KIA SOUL). The interior quality is horrible, the door panels can be easily pushed inside with your knee (not sure if that’s supposed to happen to a car), the gearbox is clonky and the engine barely accelerates when floored. Also I couldn’t find a bordcomputer 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just had one of these from Goldcar in Malaga Spain. Worst car I have driven in 35 years!! So under powered it is actually dangerous to drive. Had to put it to around 4000 revs just to try and pull away from a stop junction onto the main roads in Spain. My advice would be if ever you are given one of these at a hire company REFUSE IT.

My suspicion is the original TVR owners thrashed them from brand new, drove them unsympathetically and had no clue about the mechanical aspects. The second owners probably did the same but practiced deferred servicing and so by the 3rd owner they are truly neglected but possibly still look nice. When buying a car always give them a damn good long test drive, round the block simply won't do. Take it for a minimum 45 min test drive, check for overheating and clutch slip and unusual noises etc Test all the switches and functionality of everything. Any negatives you find are haggling power to get the price down. ££££ Find out how long the previous owner had it for? If only a few months that is a red 🚩 to me. So many cars are neglected these days and have what we call "deferred servicing" !

just saw on of these in stock trim wipe the floor with a stock 1992 viper. as a viper fan i was not impressed.

The biggest piece of crap I have ever driven in my life. I drove it just the past 10 days being in Sicily. This car is not only horribly underpowered, it is dangerous how underpowered it is. I had difficulties to drive out of a basement parking garage in the first gear. The engine would just slow down. I had to press the clutch to let the engine speed up and then release the clutch slowly to get some movement in the middle of the ramp. The worker at the parking garage thought that I tried to drive the ramp up in the second gear speed which I was not. This is not a family SUV, this is simply garbage.

Rented one in Seville last week. Horrible in power, needed 3rd gear going up on the autovia. Was shaking horribly around 80km/h. Not good at all in grip (car had 50k km) and people in the back seat complained about the horrible suspension and getting back pain from the bumps on the motorway. The engine light came on in Malaga and I was glad to exchange it for another brand Seems like it's a "popular" car in this "Citroen C3 Aircross or similar" (category D @ Record Go). Stay away.

To say modern Morgans are just BMWs, is like saying your car is a Rover. Morgan has never made its own engines or transmissions, and its close collaboration with BMW means that the B48 and B58 engines and transmissions are 'mapped' and set up especially for Morgan. Both 'Classic' and modern Morgans have their own characters, which might appeal to different buyers.

Thirty or forty miles long distance??? That is just over the one way distance to the nearest decent supermarket. If you did two hundred in one day and said 'the seats gave me backache' then that would be useful information.

Great video very informative. I went and looked at an older 3.7 really liked the look and yet to test drive BUT sitting in the car while it’s a lovely place the seat is meh err just too short to support one’s legs and found it quite disconcertingly lacking comfort …. Seat width fine and snug to hold one in place and back of seat head rest good but lack of thigh support but of a puzzle , just don’t know it I could get used to it …..I too am 6foot 1. Just wondering what to think

It’s pronounced “de erre” in Italian, acronym of De Risio, Italian who founded the brand. It’s made in the Marche region. South of Italy, with China material.

I purchased a 1962 +4 back in the early 70's. I loved it, including the ability to hand crank the engine as an option. The only really problem with it was that no matter how many mechanics I took it to no one could figure out how to keep it from overheating. Not even the suggestions from the factory in Malvern-Link could help. I was living in California at the time. Love your demonstration!

I recently got one in Spain, when going to the Pyrenees. I was happy with the size when i saw it the first time. I was less happy driving it in the mountains, but driving around in a city would be okay.
