Haha, that's very apt. I don't think people make car choices based on the audio system at all, but I know a lot of people who pay attention. It has more to do with newer models offering somewhat high-end features, sometimes gimmicky and we as buyers expect those to be made available by every car manufacturer. The actual value of the vehicle has been lost.

I think opinions matter and it's perfectly okay to share as well. RUclips and the opinions have been here for years, it's more about what matters to you and if the opinion helps. 🙂

Thanks for the feedback. I agree, the roof ladder is purely superfluous and more to enhance the looks. I might be bored of the ladder very soon and the good thing is I can uninstall it myself 😅. However, I just looked at the 4XForza Fuel guard and that indeed makes sense to install. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll get that.

Mostly yes, I think nobody's going to climb it that often so it should be super useful to clean the roof. I can suggest looking at the smaller step ladder for about 2K if you only need for occasional climb to clean the roof.

Bro, is that from Sec 13? I was quoted 6500 and 5500 for the same ladder from 2 different car shops in Chandigarh and they were not even providing the rubber padding inside the brackets. I got this for 2800 with rubber padding (though I requested them to add the padding 😅).

I'm sorry if I did not understand the question correctly, but shifting from 2H to 4H and vice-versa is shift on fly, which means you should be able to engage and disenage 4H, while driving within limited speed. For 4L, you will need to be stationary, either in neutral or Drive and then engage. It's the same process when moving out of 4L.

It has been durable up until now. I believe it is important to sand it down a bit and then apply primer before the actual paint is applied to ensure it sticks for a longer time, but tape should work as well.

Basalt is indeed a better looking vehicle when it comes to the coupe design form. I feel curvv and a few other recent launches are a bit gimmicky. I don't mind the tech, but I feel their design won't age well, while Basalt should age nicely with time. It's the same with VW Polo, I still love its simple design.

Great choice and congratulations. I believe color choices can be bit difficult. I honestly love the Kinetic Yellow on my Jimny and trust me I have not seen many in this color. All I see these days is white. The Red offered by Nexa is different as well. I would suggest selecting either of these.

Glad you liked the video. I love the original grille, but I am not a huge fan of all the chrome we get on the vehicles these days. Thus, I thought it was nice to paint this black and still keep some originality. ❤️ I could not find that Defender grille when I was shopping online and even offline. The ones I found were ridiculously priced.

Agreed 💯 percent. I don't think there should be any sort of entry tax, but then even Himachal registered vehicles aren't spared. They change that on the pretext of facilities and apart from the free parking that I got, I think the roads internally needed some serious work.

That's a good point. However, I feel that would be based on personal preferences. I don't think the music system is that awful. It does the job.

I haven't met anyone who I know and owns a Jimny to have done that. I believe others who have installed and upgraded might have some thoughts or suggestions.
