One of the best roads probably in the country. Road reopened after a section was washed away in a storm summer of 2023. Beautiful scenery and curves.

Trying out some Vredestein Wintrac Pro and mounted them on some 6th gen SS wheels at 245/40/20 front and 275/35/20 rear. These tires have ton’s of grip. They retain sporty feel while still being able to get through snow easily. (Note not much accumulation here.)

Do you daily your Camaro during the winter?
@@joshuastone62 it is my daily driver!
Ayy, a fellow BPM enjoyer! 🎵
Hahah the best station on Sirius
@@StirlingMossDrives agreed! Love EDM.
Well I was going to say that I was thoroughly impressed (yet again) with your car control skills. But now that I see you were using winter tires instead of the SC3's...... I'm only very impressed. Ever consider taking up rally racing?
@@northcamarolina7453 Thank you! Great driving on your end as well. Would love to do some rally based events. Maybe one day, everything is expensive these days.

I wish the road was more open so you could really test it out because it looks scary coming into the corners!!

So just to be clear, even though the lights say TC and Stability are off, they are actually on if you are in competitive mode?

This road sort of reminds of some of the roads up in northwest Arkansas. Very pretty.
@@pieswimmer1 Interesting, wouldn’t expect NY to have anything in common with Arkansas. Would love to do a road trip across America one day in the Camaro to find all the hidden gems.
I’m from central AR and I’m jealous because y’all have all the twisties and scenic routes lol
@@bobbyj870I guarantee you guys have better roads. We have a couple very scenic nice roads but that’s it. You could count them on one hand here in the NYC area. I imagine down south the volume of winding roads beats us 20:1
WHAT ABOUT DOWN SHITTING ?
@@XimeplaysVR and what about down shifting do you need to know?
@@StirlingMossDrives is it the same.thing just gas in and down shift?? Thanks for responding and Great videos like the one in the Snow
@@XimeplaysVR Thank you, there is no gas on down shifting. When Rev match is on just down shift normally and the computers will apply the throttle for you.

Just installed the Corsa 14788 (double-x) and 14789 (Corsa variable) on my 1LE and I freaking love it. Sounds insane.
@@nickberger3655 Glad to hear! 2 years and still not bored with mine. Such a clean setup. How did you end up sourcing the double x pipe?
@@StirlingMossDrives Well that's good! Fortunately, someone noticed that it's still in stock at Summit Racing. Sure enough, I ordered it and it came lol. I didn't want to cut the stock system, so 14788 was the best option. Really glad I found it. They must have some sort of agreement with Corsa to keep producing it on the down-low or something, because I watch it go in and out of stock on Summit, but it keeps getting replenished.
@@nickberger3655 That is super interesting. Either you’re right and somehow they still produce it or they have been stored away and forgotten somehow. When I looked for mine could not track one anywhere in stock on countless websites. Ended up sourcing a used one on marketplace.
@@StirlingMossDrives For sure, you and everyone else! I thought the same, but one of the reviewers on Summit mentions how it was not in stock when he went to purchase it, but it was built to order and arrived for him in three weeks. Not sure how long that will go on for, but now is the time to buy while they're still available! If they weren't $1,000 I would consider buying one and stashing it in my basement lol.
@@nickberger3655 That double X pipe is heavenly. Don’t understand why other companies don’t make one for the Camaro but mustangs have countless. Might have to buy another just to store lmao! Want a zl1 one day and if you ever heard that exhaust on a zl1 it is absolutely the most hardcore clean snarl to an exhaust I’ve heard. So crispy on the lt4
How does the 1LE motor handle under repeated track/touge abuse? She holding up well? Im bout to go into a 2023 Camaro 1LE my self from a 2020 STi
50k Miles on the car. Been daily driving it since 30k now as well. At least 10 combined hard track/autocross days and countless runs on the mountain. All I have done is change the oil and clean the air filter. No problems what so over thus far. Amazing machines for sure. Other things have been full brake replacement, rear wheel bearings, rear toe arms due to wear and tear. Couldn't recommend this car any more they take abuse like nothing.
I love driving manual and have a manual camaro. But damn, that 10 speed shifts so quick. GM/Ford did a great job making a badass automatic.
@@KingVin712 agreed
So your saying no matter what you do you cannot turn the system all the way off?
@@sissymarylen15741a you can turn everything off by holding the tc button for about 5 seconds. First tc will disable and then stability.
