Yo! Congrats on the 500k miles!! I bought my 2019 international for $35k with 280k miles.. it would be a dream for my girl to hit 500k + miles. I'm currently driving 2k-2.5k miles a week, taking home after expenses about $ 2.5k - $3k a week doing amazon Relay in albuquerque NM. I watched your videos and many others before I started, so I'm so glad to see you guys still Rollin in J's! I'm rocking SB dunks all day personally, haha! Thanks for watching! The only loads moving consistently on the weekend are Amazon loads. Unfortunately you can't sign up with Amazon until after your authority is 6 months old.

We are not familiar enough with that market to give advice about starting a company there. I would say join box truck groups on Facebook and ask that question there. It will be local box truckers to give you a better feel for the market. Advice I would give of keep your overhead low. I don't recommend renting a truck or financing an expensive truck. Find a well maintained truck with a Cummins engine Allison transmission. Best of luck to you!

@@TruckinginJs , currently in florida, using a company called vyde. strongly believe they are the type of people who are in business to collect a monthly subscription fee...& drag-out their service throughout the year. .......having bad regrets
We use a local company here in SC we pay once a year for them to file. We use QuickBooks all year to keep track of everything.

You stood working your regular job while box trucking ? I Drive a book truck delivering drywall , framing etc . Tired of this really want to just drive a box truck but don’t want to fully quit if it’s gonna require 6 months of just investing .
Our situation was unique. When we started with our first truck I was off Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Nick was off Monday-Thursday. So we were able to run the truck 7 days a week while still working our full-time jobs.

One sticker per pallet. If you have individual boxes that are not wrapped with a pallet, you will have to scan those individually.

No need to weigh it twice in this scenario. You are weighing it to see how much weight you can haul. 26k pounds minus whatever the truck weighs empty and fueled up. This is a 26ft 2015 International 4300 with lift gate.

Should have rented a truck while your other truck was down ...your profit margins would have been lower but you would have at least made a profit
The repair was only supposed to take a couple days but they ended up being behind and short staffed because of COVID so it ended up dragging on. Had we known it would be a whole month ahead of time we would have planned to rent a truck.

changed my filter light still came on
The truck is going to do that because it is set up by how many miles you drive. No matter if you changed the filter before it came on. If you recently changed it, just reset it like we did and you good to go.
I did do that with the shifter the way you did, but it styill comes on and i lose power all the time. Will try again, thanks for getting back to me.
