FAILED: Floating Shelf Build
Sorry for not uploading in so long! This build and video have been "in progress" for over 3 months, I never came around to actually solving my failure. UNTIL NOW! But that'll be another video in itself. This is just another step in learning to make/hang things THE HARD WAY :) Hope the build was somewhat entertaining even though I never got the satisfaction of it actually working. ANYWAYS, hope to see you on the next vid!

Small Wooden Table
Просмотров 4277 лет назад
I decided to make a table for my baby brother, it currently is home to some cars and a pile of books. I didn't really make plans for it and just kept fixing problems ass they arose. I hope you like the video :) Music: Nick Kech - "The Moment" (ruclips.net/video/KBjecmyzjfA/видео.html)
Foldable Table DIY

I took apart my first project in order to make it more convenient to work on and because it was falling apart. It's also perfect for overhead shots and lights up my table perfectly.
Pollock Inspired Painting

I saw Pollok's artwork in a movie and had to have one. It was a one day build/shoot once I had all my paint an materials. It was a ton of fun and a great piece to hang around the house. I challenge anyone to make their own because it's easy and lots fun throwing paint around! Music: Childish Gambino- (cover)So Into You
Camera Slider w/ Copper and 3D Prints

A slider is an essential equipment that every filmer should have, so it was about time I got one. It's not as smooth as I'd like it but I make it work. If you're interested I have a voice over of this build in case you want to hear how I did it and advice about what not/what to do. Thingiverse file: www.thingiverse.com/thing:1637418
Soldier 76's Gun 3D Print
Просмотров 30 тыс.7 лет назад
This is my first major 3D print as well as my first prop gun build. I didn't realize how long this thing would take but I could estimate it was a little over 48 hours total. Overall it was a fun project and learning experience, a lot of mistakes were made and if you noticed there are missing parts from the gun (tubing on the left side and a spiral ring thing in the middle). Anyways, thanks for ...
Plywood Monitor Stand
Просмотров 23 тыс.8 лет назад
I needed to raise my monitor to eye level and also a place for my keyboard when not in use. The stand clears up a ton of desk space and adds a little more to just a plain desk. Thanks for watching! Music: So Far Away- Lazerhawk
Hulk Buster Repainting

I was inspired to try this out by Chris at ruclips.net/video/7LobPPDTt5U/видео.html This is my first DIY video as well as my first time painting a model/toy. It was a lot of fun and I've learned a few things along the way about brush painting and how I need to airbrush paint. I hope you like it and I plan on making more videos about random things. Thanks for watching! Music: Dreamcatcher- Vanil...
What did you use to drill holes?
What size Phillips did you use?
Deixou a desejar
Woodglut has a very large project base.
I really like the woodglut plans.
Epic
Great vid! Short, to the point and relaxing!
How called this material? (wood)
Plywood for the body and veneer for the skin. I guess
tu mierda quedo igual que como venia , incluso peor
Great job on the assembly and sanding and smoothing... shame you didn't put the effort in at the end and ruined it with such a terrible paintjob. Take your time on the next one, it's worth it.
nul
Two questions: 1) what kind of point did you use? (I couldn't make out the labels). Latex house paint? Something else? 2) Why the tarp? ;-)
You can use woodprix plans. The best handbooks and very detailed instructions. You can learn much from them and make it yourself.
I heard about woodprix instructions good opinions.
woodprix has very useful instructions with all details I need
I am sure you'll learn how to make it if you'll read woodprix HANDBOOKS from cover to cover :)
nice job :)
We need more of these and less "How to paint like Jackson Pollock" Throw paint, spatter it drizzle it have Fun. And create
Kind of insane.. I had an idea for a monitor stand. The one I drew up in my mind was exactly what you made, bevels and all! I google "plywood monitor stand" and this vid was the first result. It's maybe just a hair wider that I had in mind. Otherwise identical.
iComplainer uhhhhh... Just like in Sense8 :D
came out super nice, how long was it drying for?
3:35 Not towards the bmw :'(
Nice
Do you sell this? because i REALLY want that rifle
숄져충들이 하는짓들
It's actually missing some stuff like those 4 white things that hang off the sides
Dude are you doing a give away cause I want that for my cosplay
Wow. 👌
Why not just get on with the damned painting instead of half the video messing around , driving, farting about, opening paint cans etc !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Would 1/2 inch plywood work for the top? Perhaps with some 2x4s as the support stands?
Nice design: beautiful and simple! What are your final dimensions?
, ,, , ". M. , M. The
Good vid, still looks pretty rough though. Keep it up :)
Simple, functional, beautiful. I like it.
VERY GOOD!!!
in this video did youuse some where silicone to close areas.?
Can you make soldier 76 but different gun like " special ops "
that's actually so good!
can you give me the 3d files?
really nice work looks good. one cool tip i found to work well is think out the wood filler with water to make it work better. also you can use bondo and acetone to make a really good finish
I have Done a hulkBuster makeover as well please check out my channel
Incredible job dude. Keep building.
Why do you waste your time to measure and draw when you never hit the line lol :D
You need to take into account the thickness of the table saw blade, if you cut perfectly down the middle of the line, your work would be 1-2mm long/short. You cut to one side of the line.
Man, nice job! May I ask where did you learn working the wood like that?
Love the way you film your videos. keep up the good work!!
Thank you Ethanuel!
I've been planning on buying my own 3d printer soon, and was planning on making this build. I have never done something like this before, any tips for someone really new to the making scene? Also, what kind of steps did you go through for the process until completion?
Also, what infill settings/speed/layer height did you use for this?
Hey iNecro! My only tip is to be ready to learn a lot, it's just little things like "Don't forget to level the bed if a print is coming out bad. or How to unclog filament from the extruder. etc" But it's lots of fun! I highly recommend getting a printer if you want to start building things. As for the process of this gun: 1)Print all the pieces 2)Glue pieces together 3)Fill any gaps with either bondo or wood filler 4)Sand and Prime 5)Repeat 3 and 4 6)Paint model 7)Profit Good luck mate, hope this was helpful.
DTB Thanks for the info! Good luck on your future products as well. Just one more question, about how much filament did this specific build take? Thanks
Thank you for the kind words, and I probably used less than half a spool of 1kg ABS filament.
DTB Alright, sorry to bother but just one more thing, would you happen to remember your infill setting? Thanks
I'm not sure if it's just me but shouldn't it be a bit longer?
Raptorade it really should haha
How many coats of primer and wood filler did you need to use to make smooth? Also, the gun looks great!
I started with wood filler because I had a lot of warping since I was still new to 3d printing. I would suggest filler first and then primer, and then use some more wood filler/bondo. Definitely sand in between any of these steps, otherwise you're start losing detail in the print. Hope this was helpful, good luck!
DTB thanks for the response! I will definitely do that with my iron man helmet!! Best of luck in the future projects and love the videos
Can I have it
Nice job! I was going to buy a Samdi stand from Amazon, but I think you may have inspired me to make something similar but more bespoke.
Thank you for the kind words :) good luck on your stand!
Haha, love how you included your little mistakes here and there :) you did an amazing job! can't wait to see more projects from you!
forgot to mention that your editing skills are on point too!
