Thank you so much for your service 😀. I am also in the middle of purging my stash. I have so much fabric and i realize i am too old now to have time enough to use it all. I am now thinking about seeing if some Veterans group might like a bunch of it. I would like to get rid of at least 1/2 of it. not many fat quarters because i usually only purchased at least 3 yards of whatever i bought. I keep looking at the funeral flag of my veteran grandfather and wonder what will/can become of it. If anyone has any ideas, i would like to know. I hate the idea of someone tossing it in the trash when i'm gone. Should i make it into a patriotic quilt? Is that appropriate use of our flag?

First, thank you for your service. Your voice reminds me of men from the 1950s. I had to comment and let you know I held my nose and covered my eyes when making a quilt out of BAMA fabric for the hubby. He's not a fan but his employers are. Great job on the videos!
