My guess; they were behind schedule and needed the finish the quiver attachment. So they cobbled together the stock and quiver components, minimal field testing, and pushed it out. That the frame doesn't have multiple provisions for sling attachments is just silly, including to hang it in your stand or blind. They could have designed the rear of the frame with a generic plate/tube so the aftermarket could design stocks, and interface using standard AR-buffer tube or AK-trunnion mounts. Another oversight I feel is that there is a Philips fastener to remove the optics cover, and then the adjustments are made with a flathead or coin. Should be a universal tool, that is included with the bow, with a slot milled into the frame somewhere so it clicks in or slides in and is always with the system. Space for a spare battery would make that even better. Ever better is if they had contracted with Holosun or Primary Arms for a Ravin-specific reticle in one of their solar charging reflect sights.

If someone buys a crossbow and uses a 150gr broad head instead of a 100gr. When he sighs the crossbow in with the fixed scope then the 20 , 30 , 40 and 50 yard lines will not work. He has to spend more money on another scope that will work for the heavier arrow.

I can see the benefits of this gun, but not the part of the integrally suppressor. Get a suppressor that screws on and you can rotate it to many guns. Just my $.02.

I think you are the best out there. Went out and bought one but i think it is no hunting bow. The scope as you said ant much good because the dots are to small and you should not shoot deer that far.I did hunt with a stealth NXT with a range master pro 60 yard scope. the dots are twice as big. Now. Its on my tx440 . You better be carefull loading in dark make sure arrow is in right. Great target bow.Hunting bow should be with right scope. The bad thing its hard to load.

223 round recoil is nuthing

Had a 20ga over under in my hands while in Tulsa Oklahoma visiting my son. It felt great , pointed great and had a really beautiful stock. Told the salesman I’d take it and told him where I live and was told he couldn’t sell it to me because I live in Syracuse NY. Couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I could understand if it was an AR or a handgun,,but a shotgun ??? Unbelievable.. There’s no Academy Sports anywhere near me. Where can I buy one . Know one around hear has even heard of Yildiz …checked manufacturer website for local dealers and the local dealer they listed has never heard of them and wanted to know why they were listed..This sucks !! Well I'm sorry I've been shooting bows since early 80s. Before crossbows were legal to hunt with at least in pa. I've always used 100 GR. Broadheads and killed everything I shot. And loved aluminum arrows I still do. I'm not impressed with carbon much. But now I'm shooting crossbows. Carbon express 330, killer instinct ripper 415, center point sniper 370, center point patriot 425. Walmart cheap carbon express bolts under $5 each. Broadheads I shoot the Allen broadheads from Walmart, montec g5, mechanical swackers, grim reaper mechanical all 100 GR. 20 to 75 yards no problems. I fill all 7 deer tags every year. One buck and 6 doe. My bows are all sighted to 100 yards my deer don't go more than 30 or 40 yards and that depends on which broadhead I use or it won't even go 20 yards. My bows do what any thousand dollar bows do kill. I proved It to my friends and others with the low end bows I shoot and bolts and they all go hunting with me and see it. I fill my 7 tags with no problem with under $400 dollar bows and really not expensive scopes either. Killer instinct lumex speed ring scopes, hawk xb1, hawk xb30, love these scopes. 2 of these bows were already tested and shot by others out to 250 yards and popped balloons filled with baby powder and still had penetration enough to kill a deer. All my bolts go straight through all the deer I shoot. I'll stay with what I've been using it works and kills deer I'm good with that. Even my amo for rifles and muzzleloaders I shoot 250 GR and it kills deer at long distance. Each its own though. I have a good idea though let's have a shoot out with low price bows up against those $2000 dollar bows. Now that would be fun. My family and friends threw their ten points and wicked ridge and raven bows out. Yep they shoot bows from Walmart even Barnett got nice good crossbows. Just saying. These bows hasn't failed any of us yet. Even my old crossbows like all my Hortons and Barnetts I sold all of them to people $100 each and they still kill deer every year. Come on guys. Geeze. Lol.

I carry small of back. On the bigger side , 6-2 and 255. Carry at the 5 to 6 oclock postion and cant the gun at the 25 to 30 degree mark. Use a left hand holster and grab palm out.
